I really enjoyed being able to use the app and I have an iPhone 8 and I don’t plan on getting a new phone anytime soon because this one works just fine and I bought it out right and I don’t like having a payment. I will most likely be pulling my account and going to another bank.

Why has app stopped updating transactions correctly sometimes as much as a week later?
SMB Best Bank Ever
I have banked with SMB for many years and I love the online Bill Payer, it saves me so much time paying bills as a rental property owner. They have amazing Customer Service and a small town bank feel, even though they’re a big bank! They have several convenient of bank locations and ATM’s around town and the area!
I’m changing banks
Due to your mobile app upgrade my phone is no longer compatible I’m coming into to bank today an closing all accounts I’ve found another bank that fits my needs better
Twice
Every time I open the app I’ve got to close it and reopen it to see up to date transactions. Just a small glitch but very annoying.
Remote deposit
Required several attempts, about amount entered was incorrect, and remote only on check, which were both correct

Alls well as always. When I need help they're always very helpful. I'm a senior, and they're always friendly when I need extra assistance.
Bill pay??
Had submitted a $4,000 payment to Bank of America credit card on June 9th or 10th For some reason it did not process Very unhappy if I did something wrong please advise

Very nice to use. Very user friendly. Would like to be able to see more detail if want for my bill pay. Have several different electric meters and would be nice to be able to see more details so make sure am paying correct one
App update
I was disappointed to find out I could no longer use the app on my iPhone 8 This has been the best bank I have ever dealt with but what good is it if you can’t get to your account. The safari site ask for a verification code which sometimes takes hours to receive. Is that much security worth losing clients you have had for 20 plus years?

Horrible banking app
Horrible banking app ! I do a lot of mobile deposits from being on the road this app is by far the worst thing ever all it ever says is deposit amount is wrong . Soon as I get back to Missouri I’m moving banks

Works great and is very useful to have. Happy our bank offers this to us.
New update
I can’t get in the app anymore because it requires iOS 16 and my phone only allows up to iOS 15.8. So I guess I just don’t get to see my account anymore.
Great App
Compared to other apps I use, this is the best banking app. It makes my life so much easier with my recurring bill pay and transfers. Transaction alerts are helpful too!
Deposit Check
Had to try 5 times. Error kept saying the amount entered compared to the check was wrong. Not to hard to enter 4.70 . Finally changed the background, but that shouldn’t make any difference but it finally accepted the deposit.

The app is terrible, it won’t even let me log into my account. Do not get the update if you ever want to keep track of your money

SMB has the greatest app. It’s easy to use. Updates quickly. You can chat with a rep from the bank if you have a question. If suspicious activity is noted SMB will text and email you immediately. They will take care of getting rid of the threat for you and reimburse your acct. I’m really glad to know I can rest easy knowing my money is safely in good hands. Thank you SMB.
