Been trying to login on my phone and just won’t let me but lets me on any other device.

what happened to face unlock? ): I have to login several times a day really annoying.

Need to transfer funds from outside acct. The app does not allow me to. I need to know why.

Needs Improvement
Snapshot feature never works after several times of being enabled. Also the human captcha for verification always freezes so you can’t even login without having to reset the entire app or phone.

App works great with no issues. Only wish there was an option for text alerts/notifications.

I’ve been with the credit union since 2022 after the took over the previous credit union California Bear. Since then, they’ve come through tremendously! I went through their auto loan and was recommended that I use their auto broker. I told them the type of car I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay a month and they did not disappoint! Leo ( the auto broke found me a car that was newer than I thought I could afford for cheaper than what I was approved for. He took care of the sales, tax and licensing, filled out and submitted my DMV paperwork and delivered the car to me. Later, I needed a personal loan for an emergency, after a year I was able to consolidate my loan as well as pay off my other bills. All of this while helping me build up my credit. They gave me options financially that would help me as I am a single parent and budgeting is a must. The best part is that the monthly auto payments are direct out of my checking account through payroll so I don’t have to transfer money to pay multiple payments. This credit union is a God sent gift. My credit score went from poor to almost excellent in 2 years time! I’m never going to a regular bank ever again. Their rates and finance charges beat the lowest banks by far! I highly recommend. Next on my agenda is to get a certificate that pays top notch percentage! Thank you for allowing me to live stress free financially! Now, I can focus on traveling and getting that promotion!

Zelle feature not working
App works well
The app works well and is generally not glitchy. However, the Zelle feature is often buggy and the daily/weekly/monthly limits using Zelle are way to low.

Missing Remember Me feature on app
Prior to the update there was a Remember Me option to save the username, however now that option is not available. This was a convenient feature to have, with it being saved one could sign on quickly without having to enter your username every time you want to use the app. Having to enter the username every time is a bit annoying. Please add the Remember Me back on the app.
