Worst bank and app
This app is probably the worst app I have ever had. Constantly fails, it’s slow, and it has brought me many constant serious problems. I do not recommend it at all and it’s honestly ridiculous at this point.

Garbage app makes me want to leave FPCU
Once again…. I dread making mobile deposits. This POS app ALWAYS says it can’t read acct number on check. Absolute trash. Going to start looking for a new banking option I can’t live like this. Seriously it is a g*^damn joke. It’s 2026 I have better things to do than fight with tech that is on par with that of the 90s. Pathetic.

My husband went into the Brea facility and no one acknowledge him for over 15minutes, so he left. Financial partners missed out on a large investment. We have been a customer for over 40+ years, and couldn’t believe how bad the customer service has declined. Unfortunately, a simple “I will be right with you” would have saved us from leaving this bank. We are researching a new bank as we write this.

The customer service is very unprofessional. You will never get the right response to your questions, you’re going to speak with several different people to get the right answer if you’re lucky.

Pretty convenient to bank online. After assistance from FPCU staff, I was able to sign in and out again on my mobile banking. I just have difficulty doing a remote deposit, where I can’t get a proper photo of the check.

I got partner thanks to my union and it’s been great. This bank has helped me several times to buy a car and grow my credit.

Great way to do banking
This app makes banking easy I can transfer, deposit checks. Basically does everything I used to go in the bank for. The only thing it can’t do is deposit cash. Which is sometimes inconvenient, but other than that it provides me with all my banking needs.
