Great app, easy to use for all my banking needs!
Car title
Nuvision is the ultimate example of bureaucracy and inefficiency. I paid off my car loan in full four months ago. When I called to find out why I hadn't received the title yet, they calmly told me they hadn't even processed the release! And that’s not to mention the many other infuriating things I’ve already gone through with them. It’s unbelievable.
Messaging
Overall, I love this app. The thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars, is there is no secure messaging feature like on the website. Being that people are so reliant on their cellphones, wouldn’t it be prudent to have that available? Sure, they could go to their browser, navigate to the website, and sign in, but the app is more convenient. Please consider adding secure messaging.
Complicated
Simple payment of auto loan is impossible, they prefer external transfers and everytime their app updates, there’s always something wrong
Works but…
Could be better…the most annoying part is I’ll get a push notification, when I ‘click’ on it , app opens as it should but no idea what the notification is?? There is also no where to look to find out?? Needs work.

This app was updated and has worked awesome since. Easy to use and very effective in finding details. The app is definitely user friendly.

Works like it should
Almost every interaction I need with a bank I can do on the app successfully. The only downside is when I have to do something in person there’s no relationship with actual employees.
Why is it needed
You put a Nuvision logo next to the account. All it does is clutter up the page and it doesn’t do a damn thing for anything I already know I’m on the Nuvision Credit Union. Get the kids out of the room and get an adult in there.
Recent Update
I’ve used this app for a couple years. Budgeting is hard, so when you removed the due date from the individual loans in the app AND removed the ability to pick colors you just made it that much harder to interact with your product. Put it back the way it was please.
Easy to use
This app is intuitive and free of glitches. I like the updated look and ease of use, especially for check deposit.

NuVision App
I like the flexibility to use apps for online banking. The side menu is useful for finding additional details on accounts, loan offers or special financial opportunities. I would give 5 stars but I don’t like how mortgage/credit cards are redirected to other site(s). Besides that, no issues!
Doesn’t Refresh
It works as you’d expect. The ability to turn your cards on and off is nice, but I prefer the other app for it. You’d expect that they’d show all charges and update when they’re made, but it doesn’t. In order to show recent charges you have to close the app entirely and restart/possibly login again because it doesn’t refresh your balance. I find myself constantly having to use the website instead of this app to find my actually updated balance. It takes a good 10-20mins for the balance to refresh in the app. Not to mention it doesn’t show pending charges or “verification” charges that some services do to make sure your card it real. For those you need to use the other app specifically for card management.
New Frictionless Login is anything but
The app has been fine, but the latest frictionless login requires scanning my face 3 times before i can ever get to my account. Even after “enabling frictionless login” and clicking the “do not show this again,” i continue to get prompted with the same question every time i open the app. Just go back to your old login setup. I shouldn’t have to enable it every time i open the app.

Credit union is always helpful and willing to go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. Their APP is easy to use and link other accounts.
Each update makes the app less user friendly
Bill pay is impossible to use!!

everything is good with the app, except that i have trouble connecting it to zelle. and that was really my main reason for banking with nuvision
App to slow
From whatever they did the weekend of 11/09/2025, the apps don’t open. I have to try many times to log in. It’s one of the worse banking apps around. Too bad because Nuvision is a great banking service.

Confusing and lacks good UI
My car loan got transferred to this credit union which is highly annoying to have to redo everything. However this app is garbage. There’s not even a clear way to view my loan and reoccurring payments. It constantly doesn’t work. Do not recommend even though I normally love credit unions they need major help it seems.
secure access code on login
Not sure if it’s because i’m on the iOS beta or if it’s a recent app update, but without fail it asks me for a new secure access code when I login every. single. time. doesn’t matter how often I tell it to register my device, it refuses to. It still accepts my Face ID login, so clearly it’s remembered, but still makes me get an email/text/call
Problem with displaying accounts
The app keeps asking to link the accounts to another bank but I don’t want to do that. It doesn’t show any of my checking or savings accounts when this happens too. I went to the NuVision Bank in person as well but they couldn’t figure it out.
Nuvision
I enjoy using the app. It’s easy to navigate. I like that the app allows Touch ID which makes it even easier to open. I like that I can do everything on the app that I do on my computer at home.
Hate the app
It wont allow me to deposit a check “camera fail to load” WTH! I miss SAFE AMERICA 🥹
Login issues
I’m having the same issues as other users. App requires me to request access code every single time. For some reason the text option doesn’t work so I have to send the code to my email. Sometimes I’ll also get an error after logging in successfully. Besides those two issues, the app has been fine. Usability is a bit dated but works. Integration of Zelle feels a bit clunky. I should be able to pull Zelle recipients from my address book like the Zelle app or the Zelle on the Chase app. I’m hoping they’ll improve this in the future.
User friendly app
This app is very user friendly and easy to use. I can do most things in the app. I’ve been banking with nuvision out of state for 9 years now.

This app has improved over the previous editions. I like that you log in with your Face ID. All of the accounts are summarized to look at all at once. The bil pay is easy to use and I can schedule future payments.
If you have money to merge you have money to update you app
Had to use this app bc my CU merged with this one. And the app is bringing me back to my intro to computer science days. Hire someone to make this app good. Compared to my old CU app this app is ancient and isn’t easy to navigate. Phone apps are supposed to be easy to use and understand this looks like you transferred computer view to a phone view.

Poor app design and functionality
Poor app design and functionality. My CU merged to NuVision and the app has a horrible registration workflow and user interface. It is missing key features the former CU app had, including the ability to have your accounts linked AND initiate transfers from one bank’s account to the CU’s account. It gives errors on setting up deposits with no explanation what the error means or how to fix it. Basically cutting off all ways to electronically move money into the account from other accounts. Not impressed and at this rate, it may be time to start with a different CU.
Working like a charm now
Most recent Updated:8/19/22 They seemed to have fixed all my complaints and there were a lot of them. Today I’m able to access Bill Pay from both menus I’m a long time member(over 45 years) and when we first got this app, it was wonder. I have to say it’s wonderful again! And I can use it on my Apple Watch. Thank team for getting it right.

Everything slow even the customer service not worth it to use this bank.
