I have been a member of Logix credit union for over 20 years and their services are great and they are very responsive to issues that I’ve had so I rate them with five stars
App never works!
At least once a month there are error codes that don’t allow you to sign on. Today it was saying my user name wasn’t filled out and it was. Really gets old after a while. Not convenient and a hassle honestly.
Can’t make payments on the App.
Everything is good I haven’t had any problems but one thing. I can’t pay my credit card in the app. So that’s why it gets four stars.

Easy to use but always having server issues that make the app unusable at times.
A Bit Outdated
Overall the app works fine but it would be nice if the app was updated to feel and look more modern/clean. The UI is simple, which is good, but it feels like its 10 years old. Chase and Amex have a very modern and clean UI that makes using the app a joy. The app can be slow at times and display incorrect prompts or messages when something was completed. Even something as simple as making a payment to my credit card feels odd. Other banking apps usually have a “make payment” button and make it really easy, like the Discover app, but for Logix I have to make a transfer and do an extra step. After doing this, it’ll give me a green check mark but say underneath that something went wrong, even though the transfer was successfully scheduled. Making Zelle payments also needs an update, other banking apps have history transactions through Zelle but Logix doesn’t display this. Its not a huge thing but little things like this make the app feel a bit behind and feel like it has bad design. I really think the app needs a whole overhaul on the UI side to get it up to date with other banking apps. I love logix but considering how much time I use the app I wish it was better.

I love the Mobile app, except for the fact that after logging on a few times the wheel keeps turning and turning, and won’t give me the information on my account. It’s like the deer in the headlights operation!😢

Gets the job done, but lags behind other banking apps
Logix’s app is functional and gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Navigation feels a bit clunky compared to other banking apps I’ve used, things aren’t always where I expect them to be. The core features work fine (checking balances, transfers, mobile deposit), but the overall experience isn’t as smooth or intuitive. For comparison, Chase’s app has a cleaner layout and easier navigation that makes everyday banking feel more seamless. I’d love to see Logix take some cues from that, streamlining the interface and making key actions more accessible. It’s not a bad app, just not a great one yet. Hoping for some UX updates in future releases.

Terrible, Terrible.
I would give it a zero star but I don’t even think that’s an option unfortunately, this app always says “We are unable to process your information at this time”… excuse me? Then when… terrible app let me tell you. It exists more for the aesthetic than the actual function. Whoever or whatever group that runs this app clearly doesn’t know how to run it right.
Error 407
Can’t unfreeze my own debit card to pay for my meal. Thank god I had cash on hand. I saw another review here where someone seemed to have a similar issue and was allegedly stranded for 6 hours because they couldn’t use their card to pay for gas. If I didn’t have cash on hand, or friends to spot me if I couldn’t pay, I would be in incredible trouble. I don’t think this is the first time this has happened either. This is completely unacceptable, and card freezing/unfreezing needs to be reliable at all hours of the day.

I LOVE that when I need help, I get an actual person on the line almost instantly. Not AI, not something pre-recorded, not someone overseas where I get transferred from one person to another. Thank you for still thinking about your customers while most other banks seem to not care. Happy member for 20+ years.
