Love the new layout
I am loving that all my move money related needs are right on the home page now. The menu is also much more detailed and easy to navigate.
Accounts take for ever to refresh.
This app takes for ever to refresh the accounts. I have to keep clicking back and forth on the accounts to get them to update balances. Interesting that the watch app updates easier.

Need me pay a debit card of mine that was stolen that I’ve reported froze my account and never told me that I couldn’t put my text to the ATM did not know there’s a penalty for that. Got a letter in the mail. Saying only had to pay $300 of the thousand dollars that was stolen, which I was actually willing to pay that I didn’t spend go in there end up having to pay 1000. Do not go to any idea. I don’t feel like I’ve been there 20 years. Just need any bank is better than this one.

Thanks for giving us a little better interest rate on our high yield savings account. When we opened our account it was 5% and has gone down to 3% in the past months. That did not encourage us to add to this saving account recently. We do like the online banking and have had no problems with it lately… thanks. lw

very well organized; very convenient; some quirks
The Advia mobile application is very useful for managing my account for my small business. The interface and workflow for making a payment at the “Bill Pay” site is awkward and confusing. When I add a comment or add a personal note, the app returns to a screen that looks like the initial blank form. Another confusing thing is that the app prefers its “Pay All” button and makes it difficult to pay the individual payment that I am filling out e.g. commercial space monthly lease with comment and note.
Not Very User-Friendly
The website is not very user-friendly. I had to open another bank account at 5/3 just so I can pay people without having them download an app, fill out all their personal info, and sign up, all so I can pay them!! Depositing a check via picture has gotten somewhat easier, but it’s not great. Lastly, their hours aren’t super-convenient for people who work, which is why their online help/support should be much more helpful. It almost always tells me to call customer service during regular business hours. Most issues happen after work hours, like the 100th time my debit card was declined and I couldn’t get cash or pay for something, always with plenty of money in my account. Very frustrating, especially when the next day they tell me they can see the declined transaction, but they have no idea why. I only stayed with Advia because they bought out NSCB and my paychecks were already being deposited directly.

I love the convenience of being able to check where I’m at before I spend money. I really like being able to pay all my bills and also see what I paid previously.

It could be way more user friendly. It could use an update. Compared to apps with similar size credit unions I believe this app is not up to par. Given how amazing advia as an institution is. I think it needs a better app.

Quit making us change passwords, I’m not computer savvy. But I do like this app and Advia Credit Union!

I find the app saves me time and money. I can move money around without leaving the house. At the cost of gas that means a lot. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or if it’s on a Sunday or not. I can check my account in just seconds also. I’m not a technical wizard by any stretch but I find it very easy to use. Thanks

The Advia App makes it so convenient and easy to do all your banking online. And I mean all your banking and whether you're a computer pro or novice. The list seems almost endless and incredibly easy, but if you should ever have to call their Customer Service Department for assistance, they are all friendly, kind and caring!
