Best money facility ever Have had home loans, car loans, personal loans thru Omni When the IRS came after us for tax issue they stood by us and let us withdraw some money before they froze accounts Always thoughtful of its members Omni is the best !!
New update
I am unable to download the new update not for sure but I need my app back up and working
Update to IOS 17
My iPhone 8 doesn’t have IOS 17. Now I can’t use my app where I do all of my banking through. You shouldn’t have to update based on the IOS. This needs to be fixed!!!!
Handy tool
So easy, been using for a decade!
App unusable now
App requires I pad OS 18.4 or later, same with I phone. I can’t afford to constantly upgrade my devices, my devices no longer support these os versions. My banking apps are now completely unusable.
Notes vs tags
Last update removed tags you could assign to each transaction now you can place inly a note. All history of tags are gone. Would have been more useful yo have tags and ability to sort transactions.
Not bad but not great
Pretty standard app. It’s not bad but there are some quality of life features that would be welcome. Mainly app notifications for transactions. I understand you can create a notification rule for debits and set a limit however they are usually delayed and don’t include any useful info in the notification other than the amount. It’d be nice to see it display the merchant - total - time and have those alerts within 2 minutes of it happening.

According to the Zelle site and app this bank is on there but there’s no option to pair them at all

I don’t like the update
I don’t like how the app has changed so that you can’t select your profiles from the start page…you have to select another profile from within a profile you’ve last viewed. Also I don’t like how the pin opens all profiles at once instead of having to add it for each individual one like it was before. Wish I hadn’t done the update.
Not functioning correctly
Overall, this app is good. The thing that makes it bad is that it doesn’t say what the money is getting taken out for/from in transactions. It just says “withdrawal” “withdrawal”. One day last week it changed and there was color icons and actual names of stores like “target” etc. The very next day it went back to saying “withdrawal” for EVERYTHING. It’s frustrating because this makes it 100x harder to keep track of where my money is going. Sometimes it takes me minutes to dig through my brain trying figure out where I spent $40 on some random withdrawal just to realize it was Probably just gas. Please fix this. Please. It makes me regret transferring banks.
Updates
I love Omni. All the staff in Paw Paw Michigan are amazing and very helpful,especially Samantha ! But this update on my I phone will not let me update unless I have a iOS 18.4 or later There is nothing wrong with the I-phone I have , why should I have to buy a new phone to update your app ??? Not a happy customer!
iPhone 8
I have a iPhone 8. I have been updated out of being able to use my Omni community credit Union app. The app says, to install, software must be at 18+. My phone is too old to take these updates 18+. iOS has come out with 2 recent updates for older devices to make them more secure, but still device will not allow me to use app. So in order to use the app, I would need to get a new phone?

A lot of people don’t have a phones that go to iOS 17. They should not have to go spend $1000 on a phone just to use your app.

Transfer option doesn’t work
I can’t transfer money from my savings to my checking, total inconvenience.
Customer Service
If I ever have an issue, which is rare, online resolution with customer service has high marks from me. I have been a member since 1990 and currently live in the Philippines where I still am able to resolve any questions or concerns that I have!
Incompatible with iPhone 7
iPhone 7 is unable to get IOS 16.0. App requires you to have IOS 16.0 or you are unable to use it completely. Loving this new update
Excellent online banking
Have used the online system for years now. Effective system and easy to communicate with Omni on banking issues. Able to live in other states and still bank efficiently with Battle Creek accounts.
Horrible
Horrible!! Can no longer use due to update. Omni says it is apples fault because they set the stipulations for the app.

Zelle
I’m trying to set up a Zelle account thru the since Zelle prompts me to any time I try to enroll. It says to click on "send money with Zelle" inside the Omni app but there is no such thing on the app????????
