Nobody gets a perfect score
I love the functionality of the mobile app. And as the title says nobody gets a perfect score. There’s always room for improvement.
Much Room for Improvement
I’ve been with Credit Union 1 for 8 years & while there have been some improvements over the years, the app is still difficult to navigate and not the most user friendly. A huge improvement would be making it easier to initiate cross-bank transactions.
Accurate
Kinda slow with updating what you have and what’s been taken. Things just need to be accurate that’s all

Very convoluted process to access the payment page for the CU1 credit card. Seems like it could be a lot easier like most of my other cc apps.

Ugh…
This app is awful. Full of bugs. Just as troglodytic as their flesh-and-blood employees. If you get word that these clowns are taking over your financial institution, RUN. Close your account IMMEDIATELY.

CU1 app is convenient and mostly intuitive. It has streamlined accessibility to CU1 and account info.

What happened to the Quick Balance feature?! No longer works on my phone. I’ve been waiting for an update to address the problem for over a month!!!! I’m hoping I don’t have to wait as long as the knicks did to win a championship!!!
