Poor Upgrade of Hometown Bank App
The old app was straightforward-less clicks to accomplish a task. This app has too many options for bill pay. Cleared transactions in the old app showed up by 8 PM the same evening. This app you have to watch till the next day to see cleared transactions and transfer to quicken. This app is very slow to load. Very poor “upgrade “

Like most people, I am not big on change and when something is working, why mess with it but I am sure you had your reasons. Everything seems to work alright but if you are looking for improvement ideas; I have a number of accounts, I like them in a certain order. When I scroll through them, the accounts move around and the order gets screwed up. It is a pain and if there were something you could do about that, that would be great!

It shows me most of what I need about my accounts but usually has issues and crashes or doesn’t load

Fund transfers
This app works for checking ur balance but god forbid u try to transfer money on this stupid app it never works right Every time I go to transfer funds from one account to another their is always some kinda problem ether the drop down box to select an account is blank and I have to force close the app and re open sometimes it fixes it and other time it just won’t do it keeps telling me fund f transfer failed

I would like for our bank to be open on Sunday’s again and to be able to deposit checks and cash into our atm Other than that I like banking with clocktower
Clunky
This is the new version of the Hometown community Bank app. This is an update from the antiquated and old system that they were using or bill pay. While Bill does work a little bit smoother, the app itself is still antiquated and awkward and it’s use there. Much better apps out there but unfortunately, a few bank with this bank. This is the app you get.

Miserable to navigate around considering changing banks due to this
Too basic now.
I do not like that. I have to use the same app for business and Personal both. I can no longer use Face ID to login because of that and I prefer to use Face ID. You either need to make it so that works for both apps. Or maybe you can make a personal app again as well as a business app
