Easy to use & navagate
I use this app regularly and like how easy it is to use. The only drawback is there is a limit to the dollar amount of a check that can be deposited via the app.
Trying to pay CC isn't easy
Trying to make a credit card payment is a struggle every month. And this month my external account has been totally removed. There has got to be an easier way??!!
Latest updates to app cause issues
This app is fine as far as normal dealing with accounts, transfers, etc. Within the last several updates, it’s started having a bad behavior appear. When finishing with the app and moving on, it’s not normal procedure to “quit” the app, but just to log out and it starts with a fresh slate the next time you return to the app. The app remains open in the background. Lately, this behavior has changed in that when you return to the app after having it open, it won’t go to the login screen, instead goes to a spinning wheel in front of a blurred version of your previous session. At that point you have to quit the app and reopen, which is not normal iOS behavior. Please look into getting this fixed.

Navigation is terrible
This app is not intuitively set up at all. The menu is poorly organized and labeled and it’s difficult to find things… even when I have done it a hundred times. Furthermore, the autopay for mortgage is terrible: every year I have to remember to re-set it, as there is no warning email or alert when my mortgage payment increases due to tax hikes. As a result, I always am behind in my payments in January and February

The app has so many features. If you need assistance it’s there for you also. Would highly recommend downloading. If you need help with it, you can call an associate, and they will help you during business hours.
