Makes paying loans easy. Makes paying recurring bills easy so I don’t forget. Wish there was no limit on how much could go through for a payment.want a lower interest rate on signature loans.
Past the concern below it’s pretty good
The amount of times the website has prompted that I need to get a code texted or called to my number and I never get the codes. I have checked time and time again to make sure it’s the correct number I’ve even gone into the financial facilities and brought up the concern and they have always confirmed it’s the right number linked to the account. It’s not in my spam folder or anything this is honestly so frustrating.

“Connectivity issues”
This app blows. It never works, I have never been able to see my balance not once, the entire time I’ve been trying to use this app it says there are “connectivity issues” so I can’t see any of my accounts or balances
GICU Mobil app
I think the mobile apps works really well. I like being able to transfer from accounts direct deposit into any of my accounts. It has been a great transition from my previous bank of over 40 years.

Like everything nowdays passwords although quite necessary have become a quagmire of always changing & coming up w/ new ones you know you’ll probably forget it. at least this one gives u a last minute option & for me it’s very helpful

Zero stars?
The most frustrating online banking app I’ve ever used. Locks me out routinely requiring a phone call to reset. Fortunately, the staff are helpful.
Easy to use
Love the Face ID feature. App keeps improving for ease of use. I am sometimes able to transfer money to another member easily, but not the same way twice?
Online bill pay never works
It works for most things but my online bill pay worked once and has failed ever since.

Very glitchy, not fast
I personally have a lot of problems with the transferring money part, every time I log in it prevents me from choosing which account I want to transfer money from, they just aren’t options. Also face id doesn’t log me in sometimes. Unreliable when you need to quickly transfer money to while making a transaction
