The check deposit does not work on bank of Iowas app also has outdated information on the app it’s far from the best financial institution

Bill pay outages and other capability issues that make it less user friendly than other bank apps I’ve used.
Unusual deposit policy
Recently, became part of Bank Iowa as a customer. Utilizing their mobile deposit software, which is very good, I deposited a money order to the bank. In a few days, I received notification the mobile deposit had been refused. Their policy is not to accept money orders through mobile deposit. When I took the money order to the bank to be deposited, even the teller did not know that the policy was not to accept money order through mobile deposit. very strange policy, considering the other three banks, I do business with accept money orders with no question.
Great app
The app is very user friendly, with Face ID it makes it easy to log in. Transfers from account to account are easy to do.
New update is terrible
Why would you take away realtime accout overveiw? Terrible decision and makes app worthless. Go back to the old set up it worked great. Stop fixing things that arnt broken. Makes me wanna change banks already.

Nice when it actually works
This app will randomly require a passcode. However, you make a selection of it either sending the passcode to your email or a text, phone call. It NEVER actually sends it! So your just stuck with a locked app.
