What people like
- Easy to use on the go
- Helps keep track of your spending
- Reliable for daily banking needs
What they complain about
- Loads forever and won't let you in
- New design needs too many clicks to use
- Money transfers often fail completely
Its good
It’s very good at helping me keep track of my money and what I spend and where I spend
C1st app
The sliding tabs of bank accounts is too much. The earlier version with accounts shown as a list was much easier to understand and work with.
Works well
Fairly complete and works as expected.
Over complicated
Why make it more difficult. Multiple steps to see and do things differently. It is easier to make mistakes now that you have to search for the same thing to click on that was right in front of you before.
Went down in latest upgrade
Not as good as it was before
Easy
Sorry easy to use and access all your banking needs!!
Too much
Liked it the way it was.

Easy to use!!
New app- inconvenient. Like the old one much better.
Don't like the new app. Prefer the old one. The new app looks ok I guess, but has extra steps to do what I want. I find it inconvenient.
Changes
I am not a fan of the new look and arrangement. The old arrangement was easier to navigate. So many more clicks to get to what I need. 5 stars to the old arrangement.
Pretty good!
I haven’t had any problems so far since I got the app! Very helpful and reliable for on the go! Definitely beats stopping at an atm every time I go out 😁
I hate this new app
I hate this new app!!!!! I don’t like it’s set up or function. To me it’s not as user friendly as the old app!!!! I want the old style back!!!!!!
It’s awesome when working correctly.
App works awesome and is convenient but sometimes does show your accounts when you want to transfer money
Not a great update
Takes more clicks to do the same thing for probably 90% of people. I want to see all of my accounts at once not slide through them.
Better before
I do believe I liked the older style better. It was just simpler to operate.
Great Bank App
The app for C1st is very user friendly, and I’m able to do anything I need on the go from my phone.
Annoying
Can’t transfer money from one account to the other about 75% of the time. I have to close it out completely OVER AND OVER, and usually it still won’t let me transfer funds . I might actually switch banks because the online banking is so inconvenient. I keep hoping it’s just an update needed, but it’s NEVER AN UPDATE.
Glitchy
This app tends to load and load and load FOREVER. I’m not impressed, but don’t have another option.
Nice
Freakin nice app fo sho Most useful one I have hands down Nice job yo
This app sucks
This app can’t open load or even work properly on full bars , no background apps running, full WiFi bars and this garbage won’t open. Had this problem for 7+ years and it’s only getting worse. About to lose my business
New layout is not great
The new setup is visually hard to make sense of and the interface isn’t user friendly.
Genial
