Eh…
Pretty glitchy. Accounts are inaccessible about half the time. Bill pay takes multiple rounds of relaunch, retry, close and restart, relaunch to finally get to bill pay portal. Same for transfers or getting to credit card.
Extremely Annoying Dashboard
This is extremely annoying!! I’m trying to see the dashboard and keep getting this message “Error loading snapshot Please try again in a few moments Retry “ please let us know if the site is going be down. Also frustrating I can’t post a picture of the error

Takes for ever for items to be posted in my checking account, even after the company sends a confirmation of payment! Why??

It’s a nice and easy app just need to fix a few things but it’s a nice app.
Impossible to use
Why is it impossible to link other banks and send money to and from other banks? I have a loan and cant link another bank to pay for it on this app????? whats the point. Its 2024
Notification for deposits please?
Many people like to know when their direct deposit posts to the bank but this is not an option in notifications. The app is ok but I would like my credit cards on my dashboard, not hidden under accounts, and the deposit notification option. Thank you.
Was good, no longer so
Not sure what they did but now it’s impossible to do a mobile deposit for a check. Image edges never match up, according to their message. Always used to work fine. Fix this.
New features
Community Choice CU is a great bank but would be better with some new features such as 2 day early direct deposit, save the change feature, widgets for your Home Screen and the app should be more colorful. Probably some other improvements are needed too.

The people at this bank are great. It’s almost strange to go to a bank and have the people be this polite and helpful. Service is truly phenomenal. Good job people.
Update Ruined
The app worked completely fine before they had decided to change the entire interface. Now it’s a gamble everytime I open the app if it’s going to work today or not
Remember me doesn’t work
Overall good app, but despite having “remember me” turned on, it logs me out daily.
Personal information
Why am I unable to view my OWN personal information in the App? Not showing account and routing numbers in the App is so frustrating.

App tells me bad request everytime i try and login.

Don’t like update.
Takes a while to transfer money, charges take a while to be removed from account unlike the last version of the app causing overdrafts and fees. Happened to both my mom and I. Seems to be down a lot.
New Update + feedback
This update makes the UI beautiful, I expected bugs with such a big change coming out so no major complaints yet! Gotta change the iOS home screen icon tho, I’m not sure how limited you are but the icon shouldn’t look so squished. Another thing would be the profile icons. Adding a photo from my phone has the incorrect format? It just crops wrong. This shouldn’t be too hard however.

App is now crashing immediately after authenticating with FaceID with account preview enabled.

Really hate the update.
I do not like how confusing and complicated it is to send money to another member of the credit union. It used to be a simple process and take seconds for the money to get to the other person, now it takes at least 30 minutes. None of my pending deposits show, and the pending transactions/available balance isn’t always 100% accurate. Really wish I hadn’t updated. Very disappointed. They said this update would be amazing and it fell short of decent.
App has stop loading
This was a nice app for me to use and I would use it quite often. But know for at least 2 weeks it freezes and stops loading up. Very disappointed with the new program that comm choice is using or trying to use.

I love that you can see the balances without having to log in, but the available balances does not reflect what is available. Also we are not able to see the deposits that are pending any longer. I really miss those features.. I wish I hadn’t updated.

Horrible service for app
This place is getting worse regularly. The no longer service the customer needs. They quit drive threw morning and lates cause they didn't want to service customers, their app never works correctly for electronic deposit and now the update does not work either so I can not even access my account

Recently tried to complete internal transfers and had some kind of glitch and took 30 minutes or so to finally have it work. It kept displaying: could not find config for org DH21243.
