Very handy
Veridian mobile banking is extremely efficient and is also very, very handy. Saves me multiple trips to town.
Great bank but app still in dark ages
The app functions as a 4/5 star app should but it has no widgets at all and no dark mode. No widgets? What is this? 2019? Wake up and get widgets before asking me to review your product. You’ll get 4 or 5 starts after you get properly working widgets and dark mode for the Veridian app.

Usually a great app
For the last 3 days, the “transfers” portion of the app has been broken. The page won’t load, leaving me unable to move money between accounts, which is the main reason I have the app. Please fix.

It’s the easiest and simplest way to banking I’ve ever done thank you for making things so easy for an older guy!
Terrible
You sent my check for over $2000 to an address that I have not lived at for 6 years while I’ve had two loans with you at my current address. It’s a huge error and now you are saying I have to wait 90 days because you made a grave error with my money!!
Freeze
The app always freez. Is a very frustrating when you can’t access the account .

I’ve been using their app for a year and having tried several other banking apps, this one stands above the rest in convenience, ease of use and features

The Worst Banking App Ever
Will randomly log you out, takes FOREVER to load even with a strong internet connection, and constantly has launch failures and “authentication errors.” This app is so bad it has driven me to switch banks. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Payee list has disappeared
Not sure what latest update accomplished but my bill pay list of payees from last several yrs has vanished & instructs me in how to get started adding payees, not easy to do when you’re wintering in AZ and all your acct info is in IA

genuinely this app is so terrible, veridian and green state both just have terrible apps compared to my other banks / CU - When things actually load its a great experience but getting your account info or anything for that matter to load is impossible - i have 1 gig fiber internet and it doesnt help a bit
