Buggy - unusable
Can’t even login anymore. On latest iPhone with latest iOS. Laptop works fine though. Update: now even their website has spyware and can’t login without disabling firewall… awful credit union that sells your data to ad trackers. Looked at logs they are sending my data to a salesforce ad tracking server. Which is used by spyware companies like Facebook/meta, google, etc.

I love how user friendly it is. If they could add a widget so I could see my balance quickly it’d be even better
Password would paste
I had to update the app and when I did it could not let me paste my password in. Ugh!! Long complicated PW. Thought I’d have to go to the bank to deposit

This app is very glitchy. I always have trouble making my auto loan payment. Very frustrating!

This mobile app is the best thing since sliced bread and I personally would recommend getting it I have been using this for a almost a year now and it has been a life saver for me because I was hacked by a fake account and Dupaco was right there for me and I got my money back all from having this app on my phone
Grayed Out “Continue” Button Constantly
Logging in now-a-days is practically impossible. The app consistently does not register that you have typed in your username and password so the “Continue” button on the login is un-clickable. Has nothing to do with network connectivity. Really annoying.
Fine overall but transfers and payments are difficult
It would be nice if you could edit mortgage payments and external transfers on the app rather than calling in, or make additional payments on the app.

I love to be able to check my account online and this helps me keep my finances on track
It always errors during login
The app is great when I can actually login. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app even and it still doesn’t log me in. It just spins the loading circle when logging in and never logs in. It’s extremely frustrating. Please fix.

Horrible
Cannot use the check picture deposit, leave message through app and no one responds. Currently seeking new credit union to move assets to since Dupaco customer service has declined so badly.
Disappointed
The new features are great when you’re able to use them. I always have a problem now with the app freezing on me and then I have to delete it and reinstall it over and over again, where before I never had this problem. Then I have to sign in again do the whole security thing again witch is really frustrating especially when you live a very busy life.

Best Mobile Banking App
Of the three credit unions I have apps for, Dupaco’s is hands down the best. Not only is it incredibly user friendly, but the added security features provide so much peace of mind.
Bad quality
It keeps saying low device security even tho my phones brand new, fix your app your a multimillion dollar company and you have the bugs of a game put together on a school laptop by a teenager

The credit card information has been nothing but a nightmare I can tell you for the last six days I have had nothing but incorrect information I made a simple $300 payment to my account and it said that I put $1500 towards it I should’ve just kept quiet but no being honest like I did I brought it to somebody’s attention who said they were gonna call me back and they never did. Then when I did get a call back I was told that it was going to be fixed that their IT was going to look into the situation and fix it we are on day five and it’s still reading that I have a negative balance in my credit card. How is that possible when you go out to the regular website it says that I don’t have a negative balance but your website shows that I do! Are you gonna be like the normal banks and have money disappear? I wanted to truly believe in a credit union that worked for me but I’m hearing nothing but crickets no call today and still the problem is showing inaccurate information!
