Recent release ois buggy
It’s been really buggy the last couple weeks when logging in. Getting a spinning circle which sometimes results in a success login but often just continues until I can’t stand to wait any longer…like multiple minutes. Plz fix!!!
Inconsistent. “Please wait…”
How is the world is this rated so high. Only works half the time. Other half is please wait with a spinning circle and never will open. When it does work, it’s not awful, but very inconsistent.

You change things every time I turn around. Don’t like the setup. I liked the way it was previous to the changes.
Glitchy
Since the last update this app has been terribly glitchy. It always runs my Face ID twice, and then usually the message “Please Wait”. It will just sit with the spinning disc of death until I close the app. And open it again. I will often have to do this process five or six the app to finally open. Occasionally it works the first time, but that is very rare.

App is very easy to use once in. Can do many functions without having to use the full website. Lately it has been glitching on sign in. I have had to exit the app & reopen numerous times before it officially opens.
App won’t open
I am continuously having trouble opening the mobile app, why? It was working great until the latest update on iPhone. Now it very sporadic. Please fix this issue.

I’ve been banking with FIB for years for my business and have used the mobile app on a daily basis. Since the update the app is practically unusable. Every time I log in you’re stuck on the “Please Wait” screen for infinity it only actually opens 20% of the time. Uninstall, reinstall, tech support, nothing works. I’m going to have to change banks just because of your stupid update. iOS user.
Deposits
I am so disappointed and frustrated because I can no longer deposit checks through the app. I can go through the whole process, take pictures but then it won’t finalize. I have to now go to the bank to deposit. When I went in and told staff about it, they gave me bar code and told me that would help! They had no idea how to help me. Horrible customer service!

Online banking
It is really frustrating that it’s so difficult between personal and business banking. Restrictions on both types of accounts are different. In today’s electronic world a lot of people will take electronic payments however, on each account there’s either a restriction for ACH payments, a Zelle payment which looks like in either platform would be allowed, but then the payment doesn’t go through. I’m all for having a secure platform, but after a password and facial recognition having to call a number each time you submit to even open an account having an automated line call you to give a code that you have to flip back-and-forth between applications on a phone or a computer makes the whole site very cumbersome. The online platform for mobile, or on the computer seemed very clunky and difficult to customize.
Check deposit
Screen randomly goes black after taking picture of check. Need to go completely out of app to reload. Works sometimes to get a couple checks in then glitches.
Charges on transfers from Savings to Checking
1st Interstate limits you to six online transfers from savings to checking. After that, it’s $30 a transfer. Ridiculous. I’m changing banks.
Easy To Navigate
Just after getting the app, I immediately knew my way around it and the app is super self explanatory! Love this app!
No longer loads account info
Can log in, but account info never loads on app. Browser works fine. Lots of similar reviews, so let’s get this fixed FIB 🙄
