Won’t open
I’m having the same problem everyone else is having! The app shows the background image and nothing else.
Ok
5/5 for service and local bank. 4/5 for minor app inconvenience here and there leading to being unable to see bank rarely. Only on mobile during these times but unfortunately I can’t take my desk top everywhere like I do my phone to check the account.
Color blind
If you are color blind be careful, if your balance goes negative it changes from faint blue to faint red, no negative sign or any other indicator.
Glacier bank app
I am very grateful to have a banking app to use for my phone, I have been a loyal customer for several years however it is very slow to upload transactions to be seen on my app. I have to use another app from my phone to track transactions because it doesn’t show up right away, sometimes 3days to a week! When using the old one Glacier bank app it uploaded every transaction right away, now some times it takes days for it to load. When I use it to Pay rent there has been a couple of times now where it hasn’t transferred my rent due to my account being “too low. ” So my rent has been behind. However I have had the money in my account. I miss the old app to be honest! I am not one to be upset with Change however if it’s an “upgraded” version of the app I wish it would work at least the same if not better. I want to continue to be a loyal customer, this has given me pause for thought in debating on switching my banking. Since it’s my lifeline to my money. Thank you for listening!
Simplicity of transfers
Since I’ve gone to using the mobile app, life is better! Seeing the transactions and activity in a moment is a plus. Glacier Bank… banking made easy, thank you!

Was a decent app until the last update..3 days ago. After last update can not get past the open mountain screen on app....just a pretty picture of a mtn lake. Completely worthless app now. Very hard to do business and banking online when the bank's app does not work.

Glacier Bank is a wonderful bank. The people who work there are knowledgeable and always helpful. They do a great job with my banking needs. 😊
Won’t open
When I try to open the app it just shows me the background picture and nothing else. So I can’t even log in :/

Have had some bugs with the new update and Brent got it all worked out and then some! Great customer service!

With this recent update the app loads to the display mountain screen but will not log in. Very very inconvenient.

Great customer service
No one answers the phone
I’ve made several calls in the last month that left me on hold for more than 15 minutes. Once I got ahold of someone, requesting a loan payoff, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. My husband had to take time out of his work day to go get the letter. You’ve gotten so big, you’ve list your customer service that we once appreciated.

Features do not work
New customer and their credit card link takes me to a web view that states web page not available. Their support functionality also does not work. Awaiting over a month to questions and no one ever responds. Do not trust this bank or developer.
