Best bank Ever
Really slow
This app is very slow and I get an error almost every time I try to log in. They keep making changes yet it still continues to be slow.
Often glitching/crashing
Seems when I get on to check our bank accounts with ICCU Mobile Banking, I get “our system is experiencing difficulties that are preventing you from logging on…” OFTEN. It’s frustrating, especially when it’s your money you’re trying to access. Other than that, the app seems to be reasonably easy to navigate.
Pending Fiasco
Don’t put things in “Pending” unless you add or subtract them from the total. Doing it piecemeal like you are is annoying.

Always glitches
The app doesn’t let me see anything that’s not the snapshot of my account, it goes to a separate page and loads for a while then says system is not responding, try again later.
The app is very slow :/
Overall, I think the app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and things like that. But my problem is that it never seems to work in times of need. I feel like it’s slow and it takes a lot of time to do transfers and it’s really frustrating. It doesn’t matter if I’m in the best hotspot in the world or if I’m on the best Wi-Fi !! It never seems to load or it takes forever. I have no problems with the bank. They are very helpful and kind; I just struggle with app and its speed.

Verifying phone
Would be better if I didn’t have to verify my phone every time I logged in. I have an account setup with login credentials but still need to verify my phone every time. Why doesn’t the push to notify me of a deposit ever work? I always get a email after logging in

Dumb app
It’s dumb to have scheduled maintenance on the app all day Sunday when the bank is closed, I want to access my money!

Mobile deposit getting worse every update.
I have been with ICCU for about 8 years and have had multiple loans and accounts with them. The mobile deposit feature was pretty good the first few years but as they “update“ the App it just gets slower and worse for the end user. Many times it has errors like resolve problem and the camera image is clear and on auto capture so it has to be programming errors. I’m sure it makes it easier for the scammer tho! Thanks for the frustration ICCU!
