App is Garbage
I never write reviews for apps, but this one is so terrible that it warrants it. 75% of the time when I go to check my balances, I get errors saying I can’t check my accounts. Sometimes the errors don’t clear after a couple of days, or if I change WiFi/cellular connections, and I just have to wait. Why do I even bother? I’m gonna just go back to pen and paper to keep track of everything because this might be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Does it get updated? Is anyone working on it? Apparently not, because it just straight up does not work most of the time.

The app is easy to use and helpful but… sometimes it isn’t updating. Balance would be a couple days behind… no pending or anything listed.

The app after dark
I really dislike the fact that the app stops updating at night. I’ve deposited electronically several hundred dollars into my account and the app will not update to show the deposits. I feel that, in this day and age, we should be able to see automatic updates.
Difficult
I had 3 checks to remote deposit. The second check had a problem and a notice came up saying I need to try again. I tried again and it wouldn’t accept it because it had already been submitted. How am I supposed to resubmit it if it won’t let me?

New Debit Card
My husband’s debit card was compromised, he went into the bank and had a card reissued. However the card does not appear on the Dashboard the old one is still there stating stolen, but not the new one? Trying to figure out how to put the new one on the Dashboard is impossible!

There’s been an issue with mountain west each month if not more than one a month for the last year with transfers from one account to another within mountain west not posting timely (personal accounts not transferring timely), deposits not showing or showing then being denied days later, the available amount not being accurate and transactions denied even when more than the funds needed are there, the login portal being down 3-4 times this year and outside of that when the portal login works the app or site states it is unable to show accurate funds. The site frequently says down for maintenance. It’s been a whole mess! For such a big bank I don’t understand how the whole system is so broken or how they’ve opened new branches around me. I have accounts with other banks none of which ever have these issues. Other mountain west members have had the same issues as me and want to leave … maybe instead of funding new branches mountain west should pay to fix their online baking.
Too many notifications
I want to know each time my debit card is used but all of the pending notifications are a bit much. One pending is enough

I never write reviews literally ever, but this app has been unreliable. I open the app, it shows the logo, and then just the background of trees. Doesn’t load my login info. I haven’t been able to see my bank account info since the last app update. Please fix this.

Checking amount total does not update or has trouble with the correct amount in the checking account. The old app did not have this problem. Fix this please!

You are not paying bills that were on ACH since you took over Bank of Idaho. Considering closing all our accounts
Works great when it’s working
Accounts often won’t update and give an error message. This probly happens about once or twice a week. App is always updated, latest iOS etc and often have to resort to using the website to access up to date account info. App works awesome when it’s working though.

PAINSTAKING TO OPEN
This app has the spinning wheel of death! Every time you click on the app you have to watch the wheel spin for several minutes at LEAST until it opens IF IT OPENS. Even if you just sat there for 2-5 minutes painstakingly waiting for it to finally open, jump to another app for a few seconds to return to this app, again you have to WAIT ANOTHER 2-5 MINUTES in the HOPE that it will open!! I have lightening fast internet (600+mbps) so it is not the internet speed. This is the only app on my ipad that CRAWLS to open if it even makes it there! PLEASE FIX

App no good
I used the old app through Glacier it was a whole lot more easy to use. Since I have had the new app, first I couldn’t download it. Then when I called in it finally downloaded and it was good for a little. Today it wouldn’t let me in my accounts. I called and they told me to delete the app and download it again. It still won’t let me use it. Keeps telling me it has an error.
Major downgrade from previous app
I was excited when I got the email stating a new, upgraded app was coming. It works, mostly, but you now how to go entirely into your main account’s detailed transactions to actually see the true available balance. I want to just see at a glance what my balance is, not see a number that is much higher. So frustrating! Also several other changes that are less intuitive and less convenient. I don’t hate change for changes sake, but I do not appreciate what they’ve done here.

Over draft fees
Why don’t you cancel auto payments for overdraft. Also no cash deposits available on weekends. I got charged 180 in overdraft fees that were auto pay not charges. I much rather you cancel payment than charge me 30 dollars a time for charges that are between 10-20 dollars that are auto paid. Please have a better option. Also is there any way to refund those overdraft fees seems very expensive and I’m thinking about changing banks
