Nice and Easy
Not the app you might expect from a “community bank” Modern and easy to use, with all the functionality I would expect in today’s age. Online check deposit saves time, though I still occasionally go in to the bank to deposit just to say hi.

If you want to never be able to login and check your account get this bank an the app. Iv had this bank for 5 years and been nothing but the worst experience ever. Can never log in and constantly always kicking me out the app.
New Transitions
I'm really frustrated by the fact that in the DL Evans bill pay there is no way to enter an account number or invoice number to assist the payee with applying the funds on ACH transactions. In April when my rental home insurance was due my insurance company rejected the payment because they couldn’t figure out which account to apply it to and my payment was late as a result. I have the same issue with my lawn care company because I have two homes and need their transactions processed separately since one is a rental property. This should not be a problem since you have created a field for an account/invoice number when a paper check is sent out. This has resulted in my inability to use bill pay for payees with ACH interfaces I’m hop

Got very slow! On balance and deposit. Balance is always way behind now!
Does Enough
Pretty basic app, would like to see some User Interface updates like the Homescreen, Menus, etc. Doe what it needs to do and not much more. Gives off early 2000s vibes.

Im 15 and this bank works perfectly for me, I can transfer my paychecks every time from my checkings to savings instantly. The security is also very good D.L. Evans makes sure no one can access your account.
IPad
I have made several requests in person and in writing for the last year and one-half for the tech department to do an upgrade so I can use an iPad with a keyboard. The picture does not turn so the iPad has to be broken down. Very inconvenient. I cannot be the only person challenged with this issue.

UI
I feel like the UI can be improved drastically. The app doesn’t feel finished and is very slow. It feels as if I’m using a browser to navigate from page to page.I would really appreciate a smoother more updated interface
Depositing a mobile check is a painful experience.
I do not have any other banking app that requires scrolling through numerous pages to accept the mobile deposit option. Why does the endorsement have to include DL Evans bank mobile deposit when the back of the check has a place to check if it’s a mobile and write in the name of the financial institution. The camera software is very difficult to get the exact image. I encourage you to take a look at ICCU’s camera. It places a checkmark when the image meets their specifications.

This new update is terrible! It’s so slow and very confusing to find things. Also I hate how you cannot pay your credit card right away. Not user friendly at all like the old app was! Very poorly thought out!
Not as user friendly
I find the new app more difficult to use. It makes the things that I need to do more difficult and I don’t enjoy it.
Deposit
When I make check deposit it’s very confusing of check was deposited or not. I wish there was a button that is very visible that tell you to deposit. That button need to be looked at and if you forget to press it your check is not deposited. When I first started to use the app I didnt see that button and I thought my deposit went through but it didn’t . Other banks make it more clear. I wish someone can work on that feature.
Functional most the time
80 to 90 percent of the time it works. The last update made some progress, but broke other things. Added Face ID, but it gets disabled a lot and I have to enable it several times. Last issue was the payment screen is not working because it doesn’t fit on the screen. The right side is cut off. I’ve used several other banking apps and they all work better.

New Update Rendered App Useless
Update has added steps to the loggin only to have the app freeze or crash before I am able to see any account detail. Tried everything to troubleshoot to no avail. App is useless to me now. Hoping this is fixed soon. I love the bank (25 year customer) but I rely on monitoring my transactions. Now that I can no longer do this, I am debating on whether it is time to change financial institutions.

New Update
The new update is not very good; it runs a lot slower and is more bulky to use. It would be nice if the UI could be a little less busy and cluttered looking and simpler like it used to be.

This new app is awful and I hate that I need a code to transfer money, my son can't transfer his money from his accounts because of how it's set up he's 21
New Update
Please go back to the old app! We have 4 accounts and have always been able to easily access all accounts at one time, deposits, transfers, everything with no issues. Now we can’t see the running total in each account with each transaction. I apparently don’t have access to transfer money between my accounts. I wasn’t allowed to fix it, my husband had to. Now it asks me for a one time code every time I want to transfer money and it never sends me the code. The one time it did, the code didn’t work. I’m on the account and I don’t like not having access to my money. I’m scared to try to mobile deposit anything!
New UI bad
New update is slower and has way too much going on. Hate that I have to view a statement just to see a transaction 32 days ago. Bad
An Everything Bagel.
You can do what you need to do. It’s intuitive. You can find what you need to find without frustration. The mobile version doesn’t force you to resort to desktop for additional options or a different visual to find stuff. So far, I’ve been able to do everything in app instead admitting defeat and having to go into a branch. Surprising amount of options/functions for any bank app, much less a smaller one. Bravo!

Not enjoying this new app update! The old one was much easier to read and work with. This app has to many steps to get to where you want to be. Please consider something different!

Works great! Just wish I could report a lost or stolen card and order a replacement. I thought there was a D.L. Evan’s card manager app but looks like it was discontinued.

Update broke easy banking!
The update to your app has broken the quick and easy banking that I preferred about D.L. EVANS. I have “approved” quick balances and Face ID on my iPhone and I still have to punch in and “opt in” every single time.
