This app makes banking easy and convenient. Easy to use.

Great service and nice people.
Works great when it works but doesn’t work half the time.
The app is easy to use but it fails a lot of times. It would freeze in certain pages or buffer for minutes before signing in. The transfer money page has a bug where it doesn’t show you your accounts half the time. It works great when it’s working. But it has issues 30% of the time.

I love the app. I moved to Montana and chose to continue with First Federal and I have been able to do all of my banking needs.
Transfers
Half the time, the transfers drop down list won’t populate, so I can transfer from one account to another. It’s frustrating!

We love this app. We never have to go to the bank.
Good, but could be better.
I like the format of the tools a little better before they were updated. The new format does not allow individual months to be seen at a time. I run a business and it’s harder to use in general. Also, please share the account names with the attendants at the bank. That way when we say “pull from the Christmas fund”, they will know which account to pull from if we don’t know the numbers. Thanks. 🙏

Love this ! Makes it very easy and convenient to monitor my accounts. First fed (for over 25+ years) will always be my bank even after we moved to Oklahoma. Trust worthy and reliable!
