Works well, and..
The app works consistently well. I would like to see a feature that allows the user to make a note on deposits and transfers that reminds what it was for. How come this doesn’t exist on here?
Cannot transfer to external accounts
There is an interface within the app and also on a mobile browser that says I should be able to transfer to an established external account. However this feature simply does not work. It does not load! It is completely useless!

Needs improvement
This app needs work, it rejects half of the checks I try and deposit, doesn’t update immediately when a transaction goes through and FirstFed holds up checks regularly because they think they are fraudulent. It once took 10 days before they deposited one of my checks. I DON’T DEPOSIT BOGUS CHECKS. I had Wells Fargo before and never had any trouble with their app. FirstFed has been a big disappointment.
Inconsistent
The app states successful deposit but then sometimes doesn’t make it to my account. If there was a way to be automatically notified via email if the final step didn’t work that would be very helpful.
New Bug
I was loving this app and how easy it made it to check my finances but now there is a bug where I cannot even open the app, it just force closes every time I try. Would love to see this fixed as it makes it a lot easier for me to check my balances on a daily basis.
Best bank app ever
I love being able to have my account at me fingertips. So much easier then writing everything down .

Not Perfect but works great and easy interfaces.

Thank you for an easy to use, efficient, clean-looking app! I don't even live near a First Federal anymore but they remain my bank because I can use the mobile deposit and any other features I may want on the app.

Love the convenience
Log in issues, constantly having change my password on a weekly and sometimes daily basis
I am constantly having to change my log in password. I don’t have a problem changing my password every so often but it happens randomly from 1 day to 3 months Val

This app makes it easy and convenient to check balances. There is a $.50 per item charge for depositing checks.
Love but outdated
The app is nice and works well. But it's pretty outdated for iPhone 6 and above.
The Big Easy
When I think of apps I think, how easy are they to use? Well the First Fed app is excellent in that it is very simple and hassle free and when I have to do something it does it. What more can you say? Five stars!
Will Not Work
If you have an older iPhone that will not upgrade to iOS 13, then this First Federal app will not work on you phone. I have talked with First Federal and they are not interested in doing anything to fix this issue.

Good, couple of bugs
I do nearly all my banking via this app & usually it’s great! Many times, however, the app quits on me or says that an error occurred and my information is unavailable at that time. If that can be fixed that would be great!
Password dont work
Have student loans, I remembered a long time ago I was able to see my balance and had payment options. Then when I come back to use this app after years, it says my account doesnt exist. When I log in directly to the website, I see my balance.
Needs more functionality
Like the app, but I need to be able to add/edit payee details with bill pay.

Doesn't work.
No matter how slowly and accurately I enter my user name and password it tells me I don't have an account. But the same user name and password works on the website. Not convenient at all.

Can't even log in
I have changed my password on the desktop site but the app refuses to let me log in. It keeps saying I have invalid credentials.
Love this app
We have both business and personal accounts. This app is so easy to use and makes life easier when we are traveling. We can check our balances, make funds transfers, pay bills. Bill pay history is a big help during tax season
Doesn't work
I like the idea of this App but I won't let me log in. I even changed my password just in case and still doesn't work.
