5 stars because it makes so easy to keep track of my account.
Always a challenge to log on
Like most people I have a few bank caps and this one is by far the hardest to deal with once I’m on it’s OK but getting on every time is an issue I can have the right password I can have face recognition set up, always takes a few tries The app itself seems to be OK. I don’t use it for much. Depositing checks was easy. Easy to see my account and account

The app works well & is easy to use.
Limited info and bad tech
Why would online statements not include tax docs like a 1098 for a mortgage? Why are the messages either useless (e.g. a message with a “security alert” telling me I just received a message) or sad (“secure message was received from your financial institution for Christopher Launey in the Q2Api channel” which does not correspond to receiving a message, meaning someone is testing in production).
Such a struggle
It really bugs me that I can’t see all the mortgage info on the app. And when I try to get from the app to the website it’s still a big struggle. The log in from app to website is clunky. Either that or I’m the problem. Always a possibility..

Just a few glitches. But have been fixed quickly. Over all a very acceptable app!
Not a happy customer
I am not happy with it at all. Twice it has said it doesn’t want to see my face again. Then it doesn’t accept my password. Then I have to go to the bank.
Needs Password Manager support
It works except when trying to use 1Password because its developer hasn’t included the code to allow its use.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use. Things are played out in a user friendly manner and has all the info you need right there at your fingertips. It’s convenient to get a snapshot of all your accounts and transactions right from the first page. The bottoms for transfers and mobile deposits are on the first page so you don’t have to hunt for them.

The app is constantly not accepting my password I have to rest it every time and it never works well with direct deposit

It takes too many steps now to make basic transfers.

Need to be able to input check amounts somewhere. When I pay an account before scheduled date it pays it again and I keep over drafts.

Horrible downgrade
This is a downgrade from the original app that was Online. If you have a disability you're just out of luck especially if you rely on voice activation. I sent an email to customer service and ask them to forward it over to the IT department, you would think I would get a response. Maybe it's time to switch banks? Maybe a report to the ADA Donald Trump

Dislike the new App
Awful app, I have had to change my password four times because it doesn’t remember me. I get locked out, I can’t get anywhere until I can reach someone during business hours and ya all have too many holidays. I am thinking I am gonna have to hire a hacker just to get into my account every time. Your app is driving me up a wall!

Accounts are easily accessible and provide provides me the ability to take care of my bank banking needs without having to go into a branch.
