The App
I’ve been with First Federal since 2000. Even though I go in to the bank maybe once a year, I still get addressed by name. Great app. The only issue I have with the iOS version is it should not allow screen shots like the Android app does.

Bulky and cumbersome make changes without notice
Can’t get into app
My app won’t open. The touch view screen comes up for half a second and then goes away and back to the opening icon. Won’t open with Manuel password either.

Great App!!!
Been waiting on this for awhile!!! Everything you need in a bank app. One downside though, it is not screen formatted for iPhone 5.
Very basic
Would be nice if I could see my mortgage information and eventually pay my note by being able to transfer funds ... Also , check deposit feature would be nice .
Tech difficulties
I tried to get some money yesterday evening out of the atm, it would not work, trued to make a transfer then to pay bills online, would not work. I dont like being in a position where i have no access to my money! Hopefully this will not happen again or i will switch bank. Thanks.
Mobile deposit
It’s so easy to do a mobile deposit and convenient.
Changes
I do not care for the new app. All of notification settings did not move forward with the changes. My account nicknames have also disappeared and it is hard to keep my accounts straight without my names for them.
Not Compatible
I think this app would be great because I've seen it on other devices. Unfortunately, it's not compatible with iPod 5 even though I have iOS 6. I really need this app!
Slow and laggy
Super slow and is always down and not working. Also kicks me out of my account all the time

Absolutely hate the updated mobile app. The previous app was easy to access from immediate login.

Terrible app, it won’t even let me add my mobile phone number to my account profile without spitting out error messages.
Easy to use
This app has went through a major update in the past year and a half or so. Much cleaner, much simpler. You log in normal with credentials, rather than identifying a random image you named to log in like the previous app. 5 stars.

Great App, like it!
My experience with the app has been very good. There have been a few issues, but seem to be resolved. Wish there was an iOS App for Apple Watch.
Crashes a lot
When it isn’t crashing, it’s slow. It will occasionally forget your log in info for no reason. Works maybe half the time.
Ease of banking on iPhone
App is easy to use and keeps me up to date with everything that I need access to. I love being able to manage my cards from the app too.
