Outstanding Supporting Company
Forcing device registration via misery
It angers me that, though I am a member, CampusUSA compels me to register my device by requiring me to login from scratch each time. It didn’t use to be that way on this app. Removing ease of use is a lousy way to appeal to your users. Otherwise, this would be 5 stars! That’s how much this irritates me.
Don’t care for the update
I use the app many times a week. My complaint is about an update from some months ago. I have access to 6 accounts, and now have to swipe past 4 of them to get to my most used account. Otherwise, I really like the app and the access to my accounts.
Glitchy
Maybe its my hardware iphone 16 and an old Samsung tablet. Have to go online and sign in to make things work sometimes. Im sure its all about security. So ill be patient, yall been good to me

Satisfaction is consistent. Staff is always professional and knowledgeable. We have been pleased with Campus from our first experience.

This banking app is very unfriendly and not updated to real time. Online bill pay is hard to find and you have to be prepared for some searching. The credit card link is so frustrating that I cancelled my credit card and obtained one with another bank.
Exceeds Expectations.
The site is easy to use and I have not come across anything I can’t do.
Not great app
I don’t like how it doesn’t update quickly to what you have in your account. And I don’t like how there was no way to pay principal on a mortgage when I had it with you all . And lastly my husband can see accounts that are not his that are mine only bc bc we’re married he can see them ? I have asked multiple times for them to be private

I find it very helpful for my day-to-day banking. One of the issues I used to have was not being able to print from the app, but that has been fixed, so no complaints!
