This is so good and it’s so convenient and it’s easy to transfer and you should get it
Link accounts
Unable to link accounts after trying once…says verification failed each time.
Face ID
If anyone is having the biometric Face ID issue, just go into settings and turn Face ID on. Fixed it for me. Other than that app is great.

Accessing the List Option
The display and usability of the app is limited because I cannot access the list in the top left corner of the screen due it it not responding to my touch when close to the edge of the physical screen display. This area works on all my other heavily used apps.
Face ID
If you can’t login by the Face ID, once you login the app, go to settings and enable Face ID and then it will work.
TERRIBLE
One of the worst mobile bank apps ever, so many bugs, so many glitches, and it takes you about 2 hours of trying to take a picture of your check to MAYBE... deposit it.
Biometrics
Only app I have issues with for biometric login since getting new phone . :/
Unintuitive
The app is screwy. I can’t link my bank using the Mastercard system and I didn’t receive notices about payments not being received by default. On top of this, when using bill pay, it charges a $5 convenience fee and won’t let me pay anything more than the minimum payment.
Fonts
Love everything but the light fonts. They are too light for those who are vision challenged…… need to be darker on the light background. Make some of the headings bold.
Mobile app
The easiest and most flexible cash back redemption I have ever seen. Better than the big banks. I can turn the cash back into actual cash immediately.
Does not load
After the last update pages do not load. They refresh until it times out. Please correct
Please increase font size
Overall the app functions well. But the font size is too small to read. UI/UX and dev team, please prioritize this. Thank you.
Not allowing for principle payment
The app doesn’t allow me to select to pay on the principle of the mortgage anymore. Last year, when I was able to, it never alerted the staff and they had to call me every month to confirm.
Facial recognition is broken
Can’t sign in with biometrics. Have to use login credentials every time. Fine I guess otherwise.
Login
The app constantly deletes my login info if I’m inactive for too long. It also makes it extremely difficult to figure out my information to get back into the app. Very frustrating since I typically use the app once a month to pay a bill so each month I have to request a new password.
App needs an update
The app needs a lot of polishing. It’s very delayed and unresponsive with certain buttons.
What happened to Pending transactions?
No longer show up at all. I just got a text alert and went to check and the thing I by it an alert about isn’t there. I’m guessing it’s pending but there isn’t a pending section now so I can’t check it.
Can’t login
I’m extremely frustrated with this app. Due to ongoing errors, I haven’t been able to sign in at all. I’ve reset my password multiple times, and it still doesn’t work. Why is this happening? This is 2026—basic functionality like logging in should not be this broken. It feels like there are serious issues with the app’s development and maintenance. Please address this urgently, because users deserve a product that actually works.
Touch ID /facial recognition
Have to type in my username and my passcode every time now. It has an issue with fingerprint and facial recognition big inconvenience.!!!!’’’’’

Everything but
The amount of information given to get a member number is absurd. I can get the loan number the pay off and yet can’t make a loan payment without additional fees I have user name password but no member number. I want to close this account and go to an easier accessible account so I can make a loan payment!!!!that means a different bank
TouchID problem
I used to be able to use Touch ID to log in. However, about month ago, I started getting the message “we have detected a change to your Biometric Authentication settings on this device…please log out to reset your Biometric Authentication”. I log out every time I finish using the app. I updated the app, no help. Deleted and reinstalled it, no help. I don’t have this problem on any other app that has Touch ID enabled. I can log in using my normal credentials but I prefer Touch ID as it’s easier and more secure. The app is fine once I’m logged in. I’m just frustrated by this odd inability to use biometric authentication.

Biometric Warning
Obvious this app hasn’t been updated in years by the programmers. Several users having an issue logging in while using Face or Touch ID. Get with the times Midflorida.
Face ID issues
Face ID doesn’t always work. Sometimes the button for Face ID is missing on the log in screen, I have to hit log in then go back from the error screen for the Face ID button to show up. Also the back button sometimes doesn’t work in the app, like when I’m checking my accounts and want to go back to the main page the back button doesn’t do anything and I have to restart the app.
Doesn’t Work
Entire App has had a 404 error since November 30, 2025. I reached out to MidFlorida that day and on December 1, 2025, MidFlorida informed me of a known total system outage. Guess MidFlorida doesn’t want its customers to have access to their money in an app anymore.
Needs a LOT of work
The Face ID feature doesn’t work at all, it also won’t pull the password out of saved passwords on my iPhone. I have to type in my password every time I try to use the app.
Disappointing
Was working okay… but bugs are not permitting me to use it; which is a disappointment.
Mobile deposit
Trying to make a mobile deposit but the camera won’t work with the app, you guys really need a new developer, thats a bare minimum to have working in a banking app
Need to be laid out differently
The app is too high on the screen your options tab and settings button are all the way up by the time and battery life icons on iphone. In order to hit those options u have to press below the actual button. Very frustrating and has to be very confusing for people that arent tech savvy.
Payee information editing
I have tried three times to edit one of my “Payee” information and it will not let me edit them. I put in a number wrong and thought it had been fixed since I called them about it but went on to check today and still wrong. It’ll keep saying information was updated but then I check again and it’s not

Needs overhaul
The new external account linking doesn’t work for navy federal. Can only see my debit card info and not my credit card. Can’t pull up any previous statements even last months. Extremely irritating and will be discontinuing my MIDFLORIDA accounts. MIDFLORIDA is notorious for abysmal service.
