Can’t finish setting up acounts: clicked on the option and it won’t load in and crashes the app shortly after. Can’t set up debit card: each attempt gets an error message

Stopped loading
The app stopped opening about 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to delete and reload the app a few times with no help. I thought maybe it was down for maintenance at first, but that is clearly not the case now. Any ideas?

Can be buggy, but overall it has everything you need and will uphold for a long time! Use this app all the time, great for monitoring spending :)

I have been a customer with Grow Financial since 2007. That is the year, I first moved to Florida. I currently live in Arizona but I still bank with Grow. Whatever your financial needs or concerns Grow will guide you through. Thanks to caring staff at Grow, keep up the awesome work.
App doesn’t work
I used this app all the time and now it doesn’t work. I keep getting “Failed to load, try again later” This started 2-3 weeks ago and happens every time I try to use it. I’m not currently living near a physical credit union and need the app to make mobile deposits

good app, but PLEASEE add more card manager features like there was in the old app and add dark mode
App is horrible
This app is so terrible, I’ve had issues for as long as I can remember. The cloudflare verification software they use or whatever it is literally just never works. I have to sign in sometimes 10 times in order to log into my account. Then if I can actually access my account, I randomly get logged out and my session ends. You have the verify yourself EVERY log in - it does not remember your info. You can never access your account in a timely manner, god forbid you’re in a hurry. I’ve had to actually drive to a branch to access my account. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP, this is so beyond ridiculous how many issues I encounter on a daily basis.
Stop logging me out.
It’d be great if yall didn’t log me out all the time then me having to remember the credentials and risked getting locked out because yall lock me out for “suspicious purchases and activity” all the time especially at wrong times, when I need to pay something in the moment. Please do better.

Recent update. Calendar doesn’t work on iPhone. Never had this issue before. Please fix it.

Make deposits green
The app serves it’s purpose and works well a majority of the time. My only complaint is that the deposits have gone from being a green font to black ( same as other transactions) It made the deposits stand out when they were a different color. Is it possible to change it back to the way it was?
Technically Behind
In every way with the ATM, Grow is ahead technologically. When it comes to transferring money to friends and family, O would love if you offered Zelle.

In the past couple of months the app has been slow to open and now I can’t get in at all.

New format is terrible!
Absolutely despise the latest update. Bring back the old version! This new version is small text and awful. Absolutely do not like it and about to switch banks to another union over this update. Please go back to the old version!!
