Great Credit Union
I’m relatively new to Achieva but they treated me as if I had been there for 20 years! Recently I applied and received a loan for a new motorcycle, it was painless and simple! Thank you Achieva!
Horrible app
I use this app for my loan and it never works. It always logs me out and I can never access my loan information. I do not recommend to anyone

Making bill paying IMPOSSIBLE
Want to pay your loan? “Sorry we encountered an error” this app sends me to the moon with frustrations EVERY MONTH. I HATE THIS COMPANY! Why do you make it so hard to take my money????
Overall Great App
The app is easy to use and makes managing your bank account simpler. The only reason I went with four instead of five stars is because of the credit card portion. It doesn’t show the balance after each transaction so it is hard to tell if the pending amount has been applied or not. Other than that, it is great!
It’s broken now
Have to go through verification every single time I open it. Did work with Face ID. That’s not working. So if you want quick, l and easy. This ain’t it.

Achieva Rocks!
I was anti banks for many years ( paid cash for everything!) until I needed a credit card to rent a car to go see my father who was dying. My friend Dawn convinced me to go to Achieva and start back using credit but using it wisely! I am so glad I took her advice because I love Achieva they are the best! Praying they come to the Palm Coast area and expand their territory!
Lacks basic functionality.
I have a car loan with Achieva, but for some reason I am not able to make a payment on that loan through the app. You’d think that would be a basic function, but I guess not.
Moblie deposit
Updated review- they have fixed the issues I was having previously. Most bugs have been taken care of. The app is buggy when signing in and clicking on whatever account you want to view. It either doesn’t load or will sign you out. I downloaded the app mainly for the mobile deposit feature and since the iOS update it crashes every time I try to take a picture of the check. Please fix!
Customer service is rude
The customer service is rude everytime I call and when they’re not rude, they lack knowledge. Also, the loan transfer option needs to be more noticeable.
The Latest Update Makes The App More Inconvenient
I used to be able to automatically sign in using facial recognition, and the app remembered my login information. Now, I have to sign in every time I open the app, and while it’s not the end of the world, it’s a lot more inconvenient. If that could be fixed in the next update, it would improve the app greatly
Good but could be better
I need a payoff letter for my car. There’s no reason this shouldn’t be available online. I’m told 24-48 hours and that’s not acceptable. I am hoping it gets here today or this will cost me a reduction of $500 in the offer.

Bill pay bug
Using IPad 6th Gen IOS 15.7. When using bill pay after a time the page will say Opps something went wrong. There was an issue loading this page. If you are quick you can pay a bill or 2 before the error at which time I have to leave bill pay and come back. Members services said it must be our browser settings. Also said IOS 15.7 is out of date when in fact IOS 16 has only been released for iPhones. Used Safari and indeed I had to turn off prevent site cross tracking. Bill pay then worked fine in safari but continues to give the above error in the app even after removing and reinstalling. Will use Safari for now but the app was somewhat easier to navigate.

that's it then, it's broken.
well, for a long time the app was great. Then I did the update. The app has been rendered completely useless now. suddenly the only transactions showing up under my checking account are the "saving for good" spare change transfers from checking to savings. I can't see any of my purchases, any of my bill payments, nothing. So I have absolutely no idea what's been going on with my checking account or even an accurate picture of how much money I have in the account. I tried deleting the app, reinstalling it and I keep having the same issue.
ACU needs to catch up on their tech
ACU is a great credit union, but the app capabilities are sub par compared with other financial institutions and credit card companies. It is not compatible with Plaid due to the type of multi-factor authentication used. Many functions are only available on a PC including statements, and support hours are Banking hours which is very inconvenient for those who work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, particularly those who work for other financial institutions. Not to mention they require you visit a branch for most major functions?!?! I can go online an open a new account for just about any other Bank or credit/loan company. This will not force me to leave ACU but I have opened an account with a major bank and will probably shift MOST of my banking needs to that account due to its OLB/Mobile App, phone support & after business hours support.
Banking
I love Achieva! They are personable, helpful and extremely welcoming people to do business with. We have some loans with them and they made all processes smooth and fast! I will never deal with a mainstream bank again. Achieva Credit Union is our home!
!!!!!~Bug 18.5 - unable to deposit checks~!!!!!
This app has mostly functioned well, I’ve been unable to deposit a check since last week. I’ve called the service center and let them know, thought it would be a good idea to post something here for the devs. The bug occurs when you click on the camera icon, normally there’s a pause with a message and blurred background “requires full screen”, and then the camera is active. Currently the blurred screen and message just “hangs”, then errors out. Hope this is resolved soon.
Disappointing
I have banked with Achieva for 20 plus years. They are a great bank but their app leaves a lot to be desired. Every app update requires you to sign in again, not use the password saved. Many times I have tried to use the app it gives a very generic error which makes it seem like it’s your phone or connection when all other apps are connecting and working fine. So I find it hard to believe it’s my phone. Call customer service to find out it is an issue on their side.

Why remove the remember me feature from the login screen.
Front page of app
Before this latest update on this Achieva app the balances were available to see without logging in. I loved that feature. Now after the update you have to log into your account to see your balances. Why the change? Don’t tell me everyone complained cause I sure didn’t. Please go back to showing the balances, it is much better to see what I have in a hurry than having to log in to see it. Or at least explain why it was changed.
Unusable
Cloudflare widget spins endlessly. Can’t access account. App has not been updated in 4 months! Seems like Achieva doesn’t care about it’s customers.
One of the best
Small banks and credit unions usually have very bad mobile apps, this one is one of the best. I like how easy it is to see my accounts and transfer money. The card manager alerts and controls are very good and mobile deposits is easy to use. I don’t use the bill pay often but it looks simple and I like how it works on my phone. The whole thing works like a big bank app.
Doesn’t work
Can’t get past the spot on mobile or app to put in your email but there’s nowhere to put in the email. Been like this for like a year or more
