Best APP
I absolutely love this app!! This is hands down one of the best apps I have ever used! Great job Suncoast!
Awful app and customer service
This new app is a nightmare and the reps as well
Can’t log into my account :(
I was looking forward to using the app but when I try to login it says LegacyLoginBlocked. I tried resetting my password and even tried putting that I forgot my username but all is correct.
Neat functions!
We are liking this new app and the features!
Garbage app
Why does this thing even exist when I can’t sign in? Why is there another app at for this bank at all? I can’t remote deposit into either one
Credit card
I am extremely satisfied with the online progress access and now I am able to see my Credit card details. This is a game changer. I guess should be no time to manage my card as I can do with my debit card if needed. Thanks for the great service!
Isnt rolled out to Everyone
Not all members can enjoy these benefits some are stuck using the other boring sun mobile app.
Seamless experience
This app is so easy to use, the Cash Back features are an awesome bonus. I love being able to connect my other financial accounts to watch any trends & to build my budget. This makes banking and opening accounts with Suncoast a breeze!
Doesn’t work
Was forced to download this one bc the old one is no longer supported/wouldn’t let me login, but this one keeps giving me an error (legacy account blocked) so I can’t login here either. Also under faq you can’t report a stolen card, send secure messages, or do travel notifications?? Those are three of the major things mobile apps are for (that and depositing checks, which is what I need to do and now cannot). Update to respond to their response: at least read the reviews before you copy/paste your response, this and may others clearly say NEITHER app works (ie we sunmobile/the old app is no longer supported).
when can i use the new app??
new app when ??
App doesn’t work
My mom was forced to download this app as her SunMobile app was no longer being supported. Now she can’t see her accounts on 2 app. So thanks for the added frustration
Great initiative!!
I am so excited to see an updated app that supports creative banking solutions!!
Don’t use app
Can never login, never shows all my accounts. Whenever you need it, it will let you down.
Simple yet functional
The app meets my needs and looks good!
Can’t log in
I downloaded this app and it keeps saying my member name is wrong? And it won’t let me log in. I thought my member name was my number. I ended up deleting it.
Beautiful App
WOW!
Fake App
Fake app does not work
How can I Join BETA TEST?
Hello I’m interested on joining BETa test to be part of it, I’m a member how can I join?
Cannot Open Either App
Customer Service told me to try both apps. I ended up locking my account. I use a VPN for security, and will not remove it to access important financial, healthcare, and insurance apps. If the Suncoast apps will not work with a VPN, I will just have to go the branch more frequently until this restriction is corrected.
Not ready yet
Why is this new app on the Apple Store if it’s not functional. Please release only a fully functional app to the public. It is most confusing to members.
