I would like to say that I spoke with a Miss Sam and she was very respectful very understanding and she was delightful to deal with. She made my experience very very helpful. She got everything I needed done. She was so nice while doing it and she made sure that I was comfortable with everything going on. So I would highly recommend her miss Sam super sweet lady. No Zelle in app.
I was going to switch to Florida, Credit Union, but they don’t have Zelle in their app so I’m keeping my U.S. Bank even though there’s no branch here, but I will keep both of them and hope that FCU will get it. It just makes things so much easier. 
Bill pay in mobile app
Clearly a problem when an auto payment set up by account holder through bill pay can’t be a stopped or changed! Big problem.

I've had my account with this bank for about 10 years now . But I hatr that there are not many in the area. I would hate to have to find another bank for the convenience of it being in the area .

Really needs Zelle
How long it takes to transfer from another bank is way too long. Every other account I have has Zelle. I like most everything else about FCU but they need to speed up their speeds on external account transfers. It’s not good.
A happy customer
FCU never disappoints anytime I need help either my account they are always available and quick I never have to wait long, I wouldn’t trade banks if I was paid too!!!
Why can't I direct deposit checks from my phone?
Other banks that I banked with gives you the ability to take a photo of my check and deposit it that way with this bank since I moved I have to drive 45+ mins one way just to cash a check it's insane and will be the only reason I change banks.
Not your ordinary credit union
My first contact with this credit union was very impressive as I went to assist a friend. I loved the way I noticed that they treated their member as well as myself. So I made it my experience to become a member as well. And I’m trying to convey that my experience is only continued with confidence that the services that are extended to as well as knowledgeable helping to guide me on the road to my financial successes.
Waiting for Zelle
I have been with FCU for decades. Have always loved it. I’m now stuck at a crossroads with as much as I need Zelle, I’m hoping FLCU will consider it soon.

Just genuinely grateful for FCU. Because of Florida Credit Union it allowed me to help my kids in more ways than I could have even imagined. FCU helped me with my bills when business was slow and has given me the freedom to travel when needed for my kids. I’m really happy to be apart of FCU 🥹🙏
