Using this app for years never gave any problems and I rarely gotta go to the bank for things
Great employees, terrible technology and app service
Two missed payments because of this app, didn’t know alerts have to be setup manually. Just a young guy trying to build credit and getting absolutely pummeled over a $13 missed charge because of a hard to navigate app that is always down. Will not spend another dime with this company after finding better options to help build credit. First 3 months of opening I was told the app I had was the old one when it wasn’t. Turns out it was issues on there end. Silly issues that crush my credit are unacceptable. I would persuade anybody to go with a different credit union.

This far this app has worked flawless
Better than in prior years but not exactly there yet
Still needs improvement but it’s better than before. You still can’t print a search unless you screenshot it. Once you do the search if you request to print it erases all the process that was filtered.

This bank is the best. I’ve had them for over ten years and they have always made everything super smooth and always have an answer. The attention is wonderful , any question I’ve ever had has been answered with the response I’ve expected. The app is great asa well and it works great. You can find anything you need for banking needs through the app itself.
