App is very useless . It doesn’t tell you anything besides how much you owe . It keeps taking payments when ever it wants no set date provided . So the one time i had something take money out before this did , it blocked my only bank account . So now i have to call every month , 20 min phone call to just pay a bill. it’s 2026, do better!
Payment from original charge
The only problem is that you have to call to make the first payment or wait until after statement date. You should have access to payment tool from time of original charge date.
Payments
Not a fan that it doesn’t allow you to make a payment until your statement cycles. Made the purchase on January 13th, couldn’t make a payment until February 6th.
Ease of use
The app and browser could be set up easier to navigate. Give option to set up a permanent auto pay instead of manually scheduling, and I’ll give 5 stars.

Worst app for finances i’ve ever touched in my life i’ve had so many damn issues with it not taking money out on time or i have the money and it takes it then returns it and says i didn’t pay. And now i gotta call for the 5th time and figure something out again to pay it’s ridiculous DO NOT get a firestone card or anything cfna related it sucks just save up or use another card for your sake please.

Worst Credit Card
They do not allow you to use the credit card you are APPROVED FOR, they will put your card on HOLD OR FRAUDULENT PROTECTION, for any kind of bs reason , I highly DONT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT CARD OR ANY KIND OF “HELP” from them

Trash
A trash company with trash people they don’t do auto pay and will try there best to make sure you have a late fee. They lied to me and told me I could set up a auto pay account the only reason I knew I was late was because they called me 5 days after to let me know that my payment didn’t go through even tho I was in auto pay she then lied to me again and told me I could pay at Firestone in cash that cash wasn’t “processed” until a day after so I got another late fee they make most of there money from late fees if you try to pay on time you will get a late fee it’s 100% going to happen if you pay on time or from my experience up to 3 days ahead they will “process” ur payment until you are late on said payment and even if it’s there fault because they will lie to ur face they will not remove it from your account

AI Customer Service “Representatives”
If you contact the only number available online or through the app to get customer service help, you HAVE to work with AI (phone # ending 3950). Getting to a human being is unreasonably difficult. If you email, you receive a response from a “person” (my “representative” was named Mike) who offers a few canned responses, and is clearly also AI as “he” does not actually respond to the content in the email and repeatedly offers unhelpful solutions, including contacting the phone number which only offers AI “reps.” This was after I had specifically stated that I wanted to speak with a person, NOT AI. I fully intend to cancel my card with this company as soon as possible.

Half baked app
This app is poorly done. It keeps forgetting my payment information, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to schedule auto payment. It is well behind its competitors. It is also experiencing “technical difficulties” approximately 40% of the time I try to use it. I had a late payment because when I went to schedule earlier in the month, it gave me the same “technical difficulties” sob story it gives every month. I got frustrated and left the app, but forgot to return later. I might even close the card as soon as I’m done with it. In short, this app is well behind its competitors.

I add my checking account in when I schedule payment on the app, after due date they charge me for late fees, said that bank information was incorrect, company is full of thief and scam. Waiting 10-12 weeks on the rewards prepaid card.

CFNA is the worst CC company.
I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I’m out of town on a work trip and I used my card for incidentals. A day after I check in I misplaced my card and assumed that it was lost, so I froze it on the app. A few hours later I find it on the floor slightly under the bed. I then try to use my card, forgetting that I had locked it. It gets declined so I remember it’s locked, unlock it and try again. It gets declined again. I call the fraud department after they text me and confirm it’s not fraud and even confirm a few transactions made before it was locked card, one of them being the incidentals for the room. The lady on the other line confirms the card should now be good to use before we end the call. So I try to use the card again and the same thing happens it’s denied. I call back the next lady says the same thing and that I should just keep trying to use the card. Try again and same issue, the next person tells me to call back Monday when the customer service department is open. Well it is now Tuesday and after calling the customer service department multiple times all they can tell me is to keep trying to use the card or wait because there is some sort of system hold on the card that no one can remove. They even told me it’s locked because I tried to use it too many times. Then when I told them I only kept trying because 3 of your representatives told me to keep trying, they said well just wait and try it again. No one can give me an answer on when or if the card will be unlocked. The best part is they are now flagging the payments I already made to the hotel, so the hotel is bugging me about transactions I have already approved with CFNA twice. To make a long story short my card is still locked and they are rejecting transactions that have already been approved. I don’t know when or if my card will be unlocked, but what I do know is once I’m back from my trip I will be canceling my account with them because they are the worst. I actually have other grievances with them that I’m not mad enough to write about.
