Recurring Login Issues Make This App Unnecessarily Frustrating
I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing login issues with this app. Almost every month, I am unable to access my account and have to contact customer service to receive a temporary password. This continues to happen even though I have facial recognition and a 4-digit PIN enabled. I downloaded the app for the convenience of making monthly payments and viewing my account balance. Unfortunately, the recurring login problems have made what should be a simple process unnecessarily frustrating. After receiving a temporary password, I am able to log in and make my payment, but when I return the following month, I experience the same issue again. It is especially concerning that facial recognition and the PIN do not seem to provide reliable access to my account. If these security features are available and properly set up, customers should be able to use them without repeatedly resetting their passwords or contacting customer service. I strongly encourage the developers to investigate this recurring issue and release an update that improves the reliability of the login and authentication process. An account management app should provide customers with convenient and dependable access, not require them to contact customer service every month just to log in.

The card it self is okay not the best… I don't even remember how I got stuck with it I think because I hadn't a credit card in a long time I got excited and got approved for this one. but they take out a lot…. Everytime you chat with an agent it kicks you out. Had to delete the app so many times to just refresh it….d

Deceptive practices
Had an agreement to pay 65.00 per month Woke up this morning They drained 895.00 out of my account, unacceptable, really bad practices by this people, stay away from them
A few hurdles but Good
I had to babysit this card for a while. They enjoyed marking my account "inactive" and I needed to call 3 times in 5 weeks as I was being declined with a large available credit. No reasoning really either- Facebook charges my account daily during ad campaigns, Fortiva decided it "looks fraudulent", that the largest advertising platform in America is charging me for advertising --- Another, I changed my phone number.. Needed to call again because it "looked fraudulent", that I changed my number. I finally called them and told them I'm done with their garbage and am closing the account. They agreed to use common sense from now on so I agreed to continue using their services. Since then, maybe 8 months ago, the card seems to work MUCH better now that they leave it alone. They also charge you for a credit limit increase. Yes, you get a credit limit increase like normal...then they charge you for it. Other than lackluster customer service and dumb policies, the card itself isn't too bad. My card isn't damaged at all but for 6 months I can't use it in person other than at a handful of stores. It reads "chip error", then declines the slide. I did let them know and no offer was made to replace my defective card - it worked great for about a year, now I don't even carry it because it's anything but reliable. I do recommend it and the people I know who have gotten the card haven't had any issues that I know of.
You will NOT like the fees!
This used to be a decent card, until they charge an Acceptance Fee, an ANNUAL Fee, and a Monthly Fee! When your ANNUAL Fee comes up, and you only have $75.00 available credit, your fee pops up and then you have to pay a OVER LIMIT FEE because you won’t have available credit to cover the ANNUAL FEE. It all goes down hill from there. You will be paying interest and everything else for a very long time. They definitely should be investigated for their business practices. JMO

The app won’t open. Feels like it’s trying to scam you by not allowing you to log into your account.
Garbage
Yeah, so I had the opportunity of having a credit card through these scam artists starting off with a $400 limit ending at an $825 limit kept making the payment kept making payment. I did miss a couple because I was off work and couldn’t make the payment. Got the $400 balance paid down, but it wasn’t reflecting back toward the limit. I called today for them to tell me that they closed the account and if I wanted a card, I’d have to reapply. I had no notification that the account was closed until I called today nor did I ever have any notification that they raised the limit every time I open the app it showed I had a higher limit so my advice to anyone using this card get it paid off don’t miss a payment or they’ll close the account and cancel the card and don’t use them ever again they are a scam. -10 stars if that was an option.

Hey people be careful this bank is one of the most scam bag bank in the United States they’re ripping people off they’re charging way more interest over fee charges and etc., etc. this bank has to be banned by the US government as soon as possible dear robbing you in the daylight without any hesitation

Credit app
I applied for a Lowe’s credit card but received this one instead. First, the application was completed by the employee asking the questions and entering my information. She entered the wrong dob, I received an email to upload a copy of my DL. That is not my fault. She did not tell me that there is an annual fee of $99 which has been charged to my account already. This card will be paid off before the end of the month. I don’t even know the interest rate but they won’t have a chance to charge it to my balance. I never would have accepted it had I been made aware of an annual fee.
