Add a way to lock the card on the app
Can we please put a lock card command in the app please its frustrating we can’t lock the card if it were to get stolen your out of luck
Worthless
Like many others, I can log into the website, but I can’t login through the app because it says my password is incorrect just using the site and deleting the app absolute trash.
So far so good.
I hate that there’s no chip, but overall, the card works for me. I try to pay my bill through the app and it keeps getting declined. I called the CS number and seen there was a website, so I was able to pay online.
Payment processing issues
I made a payment and I received a receipt from total and through cash app but for some reason it didn’t post on my account and I call customer service and they couldn’t find that payment I made. They refused to look into it they just kept asking for another payment
Payment delays
I paid $200 on my card three days ago and the amount has not updated in the app. Please fix this. It should not take more than 48 hours to show a payment update.
AMAZING
I have had my Total Credit Card for 2 years and there was a time I was going through it trying to find a new job. They were THE ONLY card company that understood that I couldn’t make my monthly payment! Instead of canceling my account they just asked I deposit atleast $20 to keep it open and I did! I have changed phones and redownloaded the app with ease changed my phone number and same thing no problems! Definitely have recommended this card to people and will continue to do so!

Literally haven’t been able to access my account in over a week on the app, what is going on???
App Not Working
I don’t have a problem with the credit card. I’ve had it for years. It’s the app that just started to give me problems. You can’t access your account. You keep getting error messages.
Okay card, high fees, app doesn’t work
In all honesty, the card isn’t THAT bad, it’s the fees and waiting period after paying with a debit card which really grinds my gears along with the app being non functional, developers pls fix. I hate going online to pay or having to call…
App is terrible
You can’t even log into the app you have to keep calling them to make a payment. I do not recommend
Doesn’t update
You guys really need to work on the app API, it doesn’t update properly. Whenever I want to see my balance or see what my credit is it doesn’t update and it takes a day or 2 to show it to me.
Liars/Fraudsters to steal your money
Liars/Fraudsters to steal your money! You get all the way to the screen to pay the fee and well the first time I forgot to unlock my debit card so the payment would go through. After my congratulations I was approved & did all that it said I was denied!! I’m angry. The pdf of why I was denied was blank. And I went back through unlocking my debit card and try again to pay the $95 fee, I was still denied (thinking that was the reason the first time). Once again the pdf to download didn’t download it was blank. I believe everyone here. Scammers! I locked my card again and froze my credit report again. I’m going to need to get a new bank card. Do not let them scam you like they did the rest of us.
App Issues
Trying to update my phone number on the app. When selecting the Contact Information tab, the main address line has a red letter error under it. The error reads “Can only contain special characters #-./“ and will not allow me to submit updated information. There are no special characters in my address and I have fully deleted the address and reentered it. So I am unable to update any of my contact information.
Horrible App
I have never had so many issues trying to log into an app!! It doesn’t save my password, it takes forever for the sms code come… to reset your password you have to put in the entire card number it’s just a hassle! There’s no reason it should be this hard to log into an app. DO BETTER!
Bad card worse app
$41 late fees, monthly & annual fees with very little credit. Get a secured card instead with zero fees if u want to build credit. I’ve had this card for 10 years & im advises to keep paying exorbitant fees to avoid my credit score going down. Not recommended at all. App is a joke also. Can’t login without a code. Takes forever to load. Just terrible
There is NO customer service
I received my card and activated it. Then I can’t use it because the phone system says that the card is not activated! BS! When I called the customer service number, they say that they can’t activate it without sending me a passcode. BS! I tell them no they can’t send me anything. I state I want to speak to a MANAGER and am told they don’t have one. Call centers are supposed to have MANAGEMENT available from the time it opens until the time it closes! I will just pay the card and put it away and not use it. WORSE CARD EVER!!!!!

App never remembers my biometric settings. I have to constantly change my password even after I select remember me. App needs work
Before Applying Beware
This credit card is not worth getting , so many hidden fees they charge you after reading the terms and conditions. You cannot dispute any fees after them telling you they can. Wouldn’t trust this company with your information at all. You can’t understand them whatsoever. Horrible card to get
Where is my card???
I applied for and was approved for my card at the end of April 2026. It is now the middle of June and there has been no card delivered, and emails(paper trail) with repeated inquiries have been pretty much blown off. This is unacceptable and so I am going to assume they don’t care about professionalism and taking care of their customers. In RESPONSE 7/22/26 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD SO I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I applied and was accepting end of May and sent my info requested by email and then waited and waited. I sent several emails and the response I got was “we are working on it” and then no updates, no card, no email saying it was sent, nothing. I have emails to prove conversation thru email. If you are not going to honor your fiduciary duty you need to stop offering something you have no intention of making good on. You have been reported to the FTC for consumer fraud.
Scammers degenerate
Do not get a Total Credit Card. In my experience, they took the $95 fee, told me I was approved, then denied me afterward and held onto my money instead of handling it quickly or fairly. When that is someone’s last money, it is not a small issue—it creates real stress and leaves people stuck waiting. The process felt misleading, the fees felt predatory, and customer support did not make resolving it a priority. I strongly recommend going anywhere else before trusting this company with your money. Read every detail before applying. I wish I had.
Scam artist
I made my payment there system processed my full credit card amount as a payment twice. Since they took my money twice they locked my card and wouldn’t repay the amount the card is now closed and still have not been repaid the 309$ your better off with a secured credit card they are crooks! I seriously have never had someone steal my money from a financial institution and never thought I’d see the day. I am currently looking into getting ahold of the consumer financial protection bureau to have them investigated. STAY CLEAR FROM THEM
