Easy app
This app is easy to use very useful friendly. I’m not texting savvy at all and I figured it out.
Doesn’t save logon
Doesn’t save Login info even when i select remember me. Face ID doesn’t work apparently as it’s a hit or miss.

Sometimes have to keep changing my password,I’m certain I used last !? But Ok it for my safety anyway!
No functionality
Make this more user friendly, basic options like had to digital wallet , lock /unlock and get a reward program
Logs out to frequently
I am consistently getting logged out of the app and then when I go to make a payment, I can’t and then I have to find my card to reset everything is a problem you guys can fix or add Face ID into the app?

Payment options are weak
You should allow people to pay any payment amount weekly. Not allowing that has changed my mind on your card once paid off I will be closing the account
Annoying
The app asks me to verify my identity EVERY time I log in. In spite of having Face ID enabled. And it asks me to do this through an old email that I do not have access to. Every single time I have to change my email address to get into the account. I have checked, the email is updated in my information. So why does it keep asking me to validate through that old email???? It’s so annoying. Also, why is there no option to validate through my phone number????
Not my favorite
Not my favorite app. Sometimes it will not let me in with just my Face ID like other apps. Sometimes I have to pull my card out and enter the card number. Extra step when I’m just trying to pay my bill
