Great Credit card apps
Worst credit card ever- No credit
So I got this card, maybe five months ago. Had an activation fee of around $100 or so, paid that activated it and was supposed to have $400 of credit to start. Well from the very beginning, the app has always said “$0 / $400 available credit”. For whatever reason, even after activating it and paying the activation fee, my card was never given any kind of credit. The app is essentially useless if you need help with something, especially with something like this. I can’t find customer service anywhere, completely given up on the card since, useless.

Avoid this company for a credit card. I was told that they canceled my card and sent me a new one because it’s their policy. I have yet to receive my card. I get no answers and hung up on with customer support my balance has now been bombarded with overdraft fees when I haven’t even been able to use it. Nothing but problems. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Error with New user account login info
I can’t log into my account despite the fact that I’m using the brand new username and password I created for the first time. The first time this occurred I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I reset my password, but the exact error message came up again “wrong username/password!” So I can’t access my account online the mobile app and that’s extremely frustrating
Great card for fixing my credit
I’ve had no problems with this card, even though it was a a little pricey at first, but it is definitely fixing my credit. Thank you.
Worst Company
Do not recommend for anyone. The app does not work well & has issues signing in. Issues with customer service when attempting to get basic info. David Ramos was the agent who hung up on me. Cancelled both my cards today when I found out there was an annual fee & a monthly maintenance fee.
Needs improvement
I really do like these credit cards only issue is with the app, the font is too big that I can’t access the other features, if that could be fixed than I wouldn’t mind changing my rating to 5 stars.

The lack of appropriate security measures on this app is disgusting. Why isn’t Face ID implemented?
Very easy to use
Im happy i wax approved for a credit card with this company. Very easy to use o line and in person in US and PR. Im using it wisely to increase my credit score. That mean I using it for my utilities and daily living expenses like gas and groceries etc. and then paying full every moth in my pay day.

Fit master card
I made a $95 dollar processing fee on February 23,2026 to activate my card which I just received today then I called to activate and they informed me that I can’t activate this card until they receive payment but I don’t understand this never experience this before might not be here long don’t like the system already

Late Fee/Payment Due Date
I was trying to find in the app if a customer could change their payment date? I don’t think they offer that amenity…? Also, had just made a past due payment to bring account current and 2 days later my payment was due again. They got me again with the late fee charged of $41.00! I was happy to receive this card but with these fee and I have to be ready for possible annual fee 🤦♀️ in addition that’s coming!

There are better companies. This one treats their customers terribly. Little transparency. Shady tactics. Hidden fees. App is not stable or transparent in processing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!

Returned check with the new update glitch
It honestly doesn’t seem to matter whether you update your account information or not—because even when you call in to make a payment, they still charge you for a “returned check” and never actually process the payment. Then you’re left stressing for weeks, wondering if they’re going to randomly pull the money from your account after it should’ve gone through the first time. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes it hard to trust their payment system at all.

This works on a PC, but I can’t logon using the same credentials on your iPhone app.
Cannot see important information at the top
You cannot see the availability or my balance at the top. The numbers are too big at the top.

Your payments doesn’t update so your current balance and credit available doesn’t match
App, way to handle apayments awful. I know a lot of us jump to this credit card but do your research
This company needs to improve their process, put some of the ridiculous fee you charge back into updating the app. For 2025 that app is garbage.
Declines through Apple Pay.
So I’m an OTR trucker. I travel at least 650 miles daily. Every other day when I attempt to get stuff. My card declines through Apple Pay. It’s a pain to carry around a wallet full of cards so I put my cards into my phone wallet so I don’t have to carry a bulky wallet. App itself is great. The company behind the app is questionable. If you’re gonna decline every other contactless transaction why offer it?? It’s a pain having to call in every time to verify it was me. N no I’m not gonna walk back out to my truck to get physical card. I already left in embarrassment cause that wanna decline a transaction.
Font too big
The font is too big after the government shutdown notes added. It runs off the page. Cannot see balanced or adjustments and other things you have to do. Please make all your notes fit so the customer can see the account.
