Very outdated compared to other credit card apps, doesn’t even have a lock feature if your card is lost or stolen , can’t request a new card through the app still have to talk to someone

When it works
I often have to set up a new password. It’s difficult to get in. It’s not user-friendly. This is my least favorite card app.

Great app, however Face ID sometimes does not work!
Decent banking app for CC use
I have used basically every credit card and banking app in existence, and usually the ones associated with some of the lesser known credit cards function pretty terribly. I just used this app for the first time to check my balance and make a payment and everything went smooth, easy, and I was able to handle my task in a very short amount of time. Everything is well laid out and straightforward, so even someone who might be older and not as capable with electronics as the younger generation should still have an easy time navigating and using the app. I never leave Reviews, but I wanted to leave a brief review in hopes that this help helps someone. Does stuff, could do more
Perfectly serviceable for an app, but no way to store multiple payment information, request limit increases, etc.

It’s easy to pay and check balance.

I don’t like that my payment is more than $25.00 when I owe less than $100.00. I don’t think that is right. When I tried to lower the amount the app threatened me with a late fee. That’s BS!

It is total BS that you can’t make a payment unless you pay the entire amount due. Users should be allowed to make any payments they want whenever they want as long as it doesn’t exceed their credit limit! Easy to use but keeps looking login information and need to add the option to request a credit limit increase inside the app.
