Worst
Have tried numerous times to logon and it always says. Wrong date of birth I’ve called three times and have verified the correct info. After my call I connected app ONE. Time. Second attempt. SO*. Wrong DOB Henceforth why I wait for my statement and I dust off the check book and physically mail a check. That way they have my payment but must pay labor to open it and deposit it and wait to receive funds

app has improved, can see stuff pending before the day before not on the day of.

App used to remember my user name, now I have to enter this every time I use the app..even if I select the “remember me” tab.
Good but has some problems
The app works well for the most part but I have issues when transferring money sometimes where I have to click the box where I enter how much money I want to transfer just to scroll down and transfer the money.

i love the way they developed and have updated the app through the years but it would be cool, although i’m not sure if there maybe is one, to have a widget to show how much money we have in certain accounts. even with a possible option of face id to allow it to be hidden and more private until unlocked for people who like the privacy. idk probably least of your guy’s concerns but just a thought from me. Love the app otherwise 10/10
Cash not instantly depositing from cashapp

Not working since update
I am very frustrated with this app since the most recent update. It keeps abruptly closing on me. I’ve done every conceivable step (both with the app and my devices) to resolve this with no resolution…and while customer support responded to my emails, they were not actually very helpful, suggesting it wasn’t on their end and that no one else had reported a problem. I don’t often write reviews, particularly negative ones, but I’m wondering if anyone else is having issue since the most recent update.
Not working properly
App closes out about 10-15 seconds after launching with faceID pretty much every time I log in and I need to use Face ID again or even use my online banking credentials, which I thought Face ID would work so I don’t have to use my credentials. I also had all my accounts color coded and someone at the CU changed a theme or color options available to dark colors so none of them match what I had before, and it’s not on brand with everything else they have. mobile deposit is not consistent, and yes, I’ve written for mobile deposit only on back of check. Any time I’ve mentioned mobile deposit the few times I have to go into a branch, staff offer no help and skip over subject. If you are going to offer these types of products, they need to work.

PDF document with “secret code” blocks out all functions. Don’t bother…
Face recognition
Have to open the app twice to get it to use face recognition. Pretty annoying.
Had My Back Against Fraud
I will never forget Verve sorting out my first big loss to a few thousand dollars lost to fraud. Hasn’t happened again since.
Credit card verve
I couldn’t use the app because it kept telling me that my information was wrong. I finally deleted it. I wanted to use it to pay in my card, but it never allowed me to do it.
Ehh
To be honest, I prefer the other version. This version is really slow when it comes to updating the account when money is used. When the old version is showed right away. No hate, but hopefully I get use to this.

inconvenient
never remembers my “device” unless it has the same name typed in then it’ll make me choose another one and wait for the email all over again. only happens at the most inconvenient times when i need to log in quickly.

I’ll bet the entire app is super buggy considering I can’t get past the change password requirement because it keeps telling me my 10+ digit password with a nice mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols doesn’t meet the requirement. This is only when confirming the password, the first entry compliments me on my strong password choice. Not in a hurry for them to fix this, it’s only my money to can’t access...
Not working
There was just an update done this weekend, but this afternoon I can’t get into my accounts. It brings up my facial recognition but won’t go beyond that. What’s wrong?
