One Payment Account at a Time?
Payments are easily made, but I do find it a little cumbersome to have to change the routing number and account number every time I want to pay from one of two accounts i use regularly. They should let you save at least two payment accounts on file.

They force you to pay the fee every month, and if you forget to pay your bill, you get penalized with penalties and a ton of other things.

I would give this app 5 stars if it would let me set up autopay on the date I want. I only get my social security on a certain date each month. Great app easy to use and keep track

Every time the app updates it forgets stored login information. This really sucks.

This is probably the best card I have, great service, great terms, good stuff.
Difficulty with using
I don’t think you have a very good app, it’s confusing and I can’t find what I need to dispute a charge
Wonky and slow
I have changed my email on the site REPEATEDLY and I still get asked to verify my account with an old email that I don’t have access to. It’s very frustrating.
Don’t like it
It doesn’t give you a view of what you need and credit availability and doesn’t give you the credit fast enough

The payment method isn’t so great. It’s easier to make a right then on the spot payment than to have it drafted from the same source.
Poor payment options
The app needs to be updated. It’s too small and it needs to have more payment options rather than your checking account and routing number.

Not user-friendly
I had a lot of things going on over the past week when my first payment was due, and I tried my best to keep on top of things, but with very serious things going on I was a couple days late on my first payment and I was absolutely destroyed with late fees that didn’t need to happen and no leniency whatsoever. I’m typically very good with my payments and due dates, but everyone has a little issue here and there that happens when things are tough and this proved that this particular card just isn’t user-friendly.

Sometimes it’s a little quirky, but it works. OK definitely easier than setting it up over a phone call.
It just could be better
The app seems to be very out of date and I do not like that. I have to use my checking and routing number to make payment payments versus my debit card.
