HORRIBLE
Never had so much trouble with a credit card company EVER!!! Customer service DOES NOT know what they are doing. Supervisors don’t know what they’re doing. If I hear “rest assured” one more time…I’ll lose it! They block the card after 1 use and takes 4 days to use it again….DO NOT GET THIS CARD … if you do…GOOD LUCK
They hold your payment way too long
They will hold your payment for a week hoping your payment fails so they can charge you another fee. Don’t open an account save yourself the headache. There’s no reason in these times not to take the payment immediately.
Flimsy
Had a $1600 balance and wanted to clear it before the end of the year. Sent them a check on 12/1/25. They received it on 12/9/25, cleared on 12/11. It’s 12/18 today and they still have not credited the funds to my account. Called to discuss and I’ve been on hold for 8 minutes while “the system is loading” Closing this immediately.

So far I’ve had the card for about two months and the card and the app work very well.
Very disappointed
Do Not apply for Prosper Card . They made a huge mistake with my account after being a customer for 4 years and because nobody that answers the phone is capable of realizing that they made the mistake they closed my account which affected my credit score. Worst customer service ever……

No Point in Having the App
Not sure what the point of having the app is when it makes you log in through your browser. Absolutely pointless.

This card has been great for my credit. Rewarding me with a higher limits for paying on time

This clown company sends me a pre approved card. I accept and use it, and then they dropped my credit limit for some unknown reason. I closed the account.

TERRIBLE BANK - take your business elsewhere. This is a trap! This institution does not want to help you! They are only here to hurt you! I had one automatic payment return and the same day I paid half the ccc off! They will put a hold on your card for 10 daysif you have a payment that does not go through. I understand if it got sent back and you didn’t make a Paymnet. IBut I paid my account same day!

App sucks and so does CS
I can’t get into my app but I can log in online. I’ve had this issue for months! It’s like they did an update and now nothing works right. I also had 3 fraudulent transactions on my card and reported weeks ago with no help! The customer service is based out of India and they just read from a script and are no help! You can barely understand them and then their connection sucks.

Customer service is non existent. I have been sending emails and leaving voicemails and NO ONE has contacted me…ever. I don’t even use the credit card anymore because of if I have a problem, it will never be resolved
Best credit card to get
I have my American Express, gold and silver, Citibank credit card, Capital One, etc. by far this is the easiest card to work with.

Penalized
I was happy with this card for 3 years with a 5k credit limit until last my. They decreased my credit limit to 600.00 dollars because of other credit cards I have. How do you penalize me and u have never missed a payment and even paid the card off 3 months ago. I only carry a balance of 243.00 . How is that fair to me! I will be canceling this card and tell everyone I know not to do business with Coastal Bank period!
Easy to use
I haven't had any issues with this app, I like that I can view my card number and info in the app.
