If you use it wisely
If you use this wisely pay attention to I don’t want your balances, but your surveys questions and other things that pop up in the system you’ll find that you’ll be rewarded. The information is somewhat basic, but to some people, it may be more than what they were taught when it comes to how to succeed with your financial goals, but this app gives you the ability to monthly increase you’re available credit and as long as you use it responsibly it increases your credit score along with giving you a safety net to fall back on
Needs Improvement
I’m finding it difficult to want to keep my account. The app constantly crashes, making debit card payments still takes days to process and make funds available, promises of increase and when you complete the task, they do not honor the agreements. I seriously feel like I’m going to have to take actions against the company’s deceptive practices because they are doing nothing to fix these issues.
Great concept
Love the product. But customer service is hard to get ahold of. And being a customer for a couple months now, still have not received my physical card
Loving it
I had no credit card and I was literally only accepted for a secure credit card and I realized that it was basically a debit card with a fancy title and then I tried the Arro credit card and was excepted with a small credit limit but by all means it has taught me how to manage my money and for that I am grateful
Credit limit increases not happening
About to hit my year, limit is a paltry $105. When I asked support - as others have mentioned - they claim they are doing upgrades, just to keep using the card and doing the courses. Well, I’m at the Platinum tier, and literally have to use this card and pay it off twice a month. Not the card I thought I was getting with my $6200 gross monthly income. I would suggest trying OpenSky or another card that can actually grow with you. Because this card is now DOA and they are simply pushing a credit building product instead…
No luck
They can’t ever verify your identity
Glitchy app
The card is wonderful. It’s great for building or rebuilding credit and has the opportunity to grow increases on your available credit. However to app is terrible, half the time it won’t load correctly and anytime I try to take a new lesson the app completely shuts down. I’ve deleted and redownloaded this app 4 times and the problems still persist. Great Card, terrible app
My favorite credit card!
You honestly just have to try it. It’s an unsecured credit card, it starts you off with a limit based on your current credit score, BUT it gives you so many opportunities to increase your limit. Arro has little quizzes and videos, and goals that you can complete and it increases your limit. I started off with Arro about 2 months ago, and I believe my limit was $100 to begin with. Well, it’s already at $425 and I STILL have more opportunities to increase. Just pay attention to the dates that your next quiz is available so you can receive the increase, and stay on top of completing the goals (they’re very easy goals) and you’re set. I find myself using this card more than my Atlas, Capital One, or Discover IT card.
They racist
Don’t do any business with arro they are racist and very discriminatory
Not worth it
A hassle. I kept getting an error message logging in so i had to sign up for an entire new account and it kept saying my ID was invalid. Uninstalled
Stay Away
Do Not fall for the fake reviews. All they do is to charge you monthly fees and good luck when it comes to cancel the service. Do not let them use Plaid to get to your bank account. Stay away at all cost.
Excellent
I love this credit card. It’s brilliant how they are set up to educate and reward their customers.
Won’t Close Account
I’ve been trying to close my account since February. They told me the account would be closed once my balance was paid. I paid the balance and the account was not closed. They just sent me a bill for new membership charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Turned Down
I am very disappointed that I was turned down. I was under the impression that Credit scores were not used. My application was no longer under consideration. You did use reports from Equifax. Then you said they played no part in your application decision. I had to contact customer service for an explanation . On the app it said an error processing my application.
Decent Card
This card started off great—I initially had a low credit limit, but I was able to grow it from $100 to $500 within just a few months. However, the credit increase rewards suddenly came to a halt without any notice, supposedly due to a system update. For the past two months, I've been reaching out for updates, and a month ago, I received an email stating that my credit increase would be updated by the month. They repeated this same promise two weeks ago, but since then, I've had no further correspondence from them. For all the valuable financial knowledge they provide, I would have rated them 5 stars. However, the lack of transparency and misleading communication has been frustrating—they essentially told me what I wanted to hear just to stop my inquiries. This experience has really dampened my trust in them."
The best Credit Card in the market.
Initially, it started with $100, over the last 3 months, I managed to raise it to $600. It is unsecured card and I do recommend those who are rebuilding or new to credit market. I started with 584 score, in 3 months, my score jumped to 707. Thank you Arro! I am in Platinum right now.
It Was Fine Until It Wasn’t
I got my Arro card a year ago, and I enjoyed the perks of getting gradual increases while learning about credit. I followed all the steps and was making regular progress. Then I started noticing that it was taking longer And longer for them to process my payment. The perks started going away and it was like it was a totally different card than what I had signed up for. It started denying charges when I had plenty of credit available. Then at my year mark, I was hit with an annual fee of $36 which was problematic because they had taken away all of the benefits of this card. They do not have real customer service agent that you can speak to on the phone. And when you do, email them for Support, You get an AI generated response. Do not fall victim to this card like I did. It’s not worth it. I’m stuck with a card that they’re refusing to close because I can’t actually talk to a human being.
Customer Service Almost Nonexistent
Everything has to be done through the app. The problem is, the app is very buggy. You can’t update personal info without waiting for someone to read an email. I have been unable to make a payment via the app for almost 2 weeks, with no resolution. Of course, my credit is still taking the hit! Hopefully someone will finally get back to me this week. Maybe look elsewhere for a credit solution.
The best credit for beginners
I honestly wish I would’ve started with this credit card for my first credit card. I think this would be a wonderful credit to start off with, if you don’t have one yet. It helps you learn more about credits n earn more credit limit while you learn. It’s still one of my main credit cards.
Poor Customer Service & Refusal to Close Credit Card
The benefits associated with this card were reduced, and yet a higher annual fee presented on my card. I requested my card be closed as it no longer benefits me to keep this line of credit. Getting a hold of customer service was difficult. I received an automated response. I reached out again and received a slightly more detailed explanation. Telling me that the annual fee was in line with my increased credit. I will tell you that the annual fee is significantly high for the amount of credit that they have extended. The annual fee amounts over 15% of the total credit limit of the card. They refused to close the card for a second time. I have since responded that according to the fair credit government website, they are too close my account upon my request and I’m currently waiting for a response. I would never choose this credit card again, knowing what I know now. When I first accepted this credit card it had significantly more benefits. Do not let them trick you with their cute mascot… and stick to a mainstream credit card for your needs.
Can't finish Arro card application :(((
Applying for the Arro card and it asked me to verify my income. It won't show my actual direct deposits, it just shows various small cash app transfers and me taking out a paycheck advance last month :(
Terrible Don’t Do It
Mobile only app and when app doesn’t work they don’t fix the error! Overcharged me when I haven’t spent and fees don’t add up to even what was used on the card and they DO NOT FIX IT!
Capped credit limit
Capped credit limit after years of good credit management
Recommend
This is the BEST credit card I have ever had. I always go through troubles in my life and ARRO has been the only company that has held off from reporting negative items on my credit report or worse closing my account altogether. Thank you ARRO for working to better my credit and not affect it.
Cant even make a password
Congratulations you did nothing but piss me off
A joke
Everyone approved yeah right
CRASHING Charged my card poor customer service
I download the app on several devices to try to see if the crashing was contingent on the device however the app just is poorly functioning. It allowed me to sign up. connected to my personal bank account, charged my account and resets every time I try to check on the status. I emailed haven’t received an update or response.
