Problems onboarding
Buying crypto from local currency fiat doesn’t work. Eg can’t buy USDT, BTC, ETH etc with my own Australian dollar with my card or Apple Pay

Untrustworthy & Blocking Withdrawals
I do not recommend BloFin. They block withdrawals with unreasonable “video only” requirements instead of accepting standard proof like TXIDs or bank/PDF statements. Customer support closes tickets without resolution and makes it nearly impossible to speak with a real compliance officer. I lost access to my funds despite providing full documentation. Until BloFin allows industry-standard withdrawals and real support, I strongly warn others to avoid this app.

Latest version 3.15.0(409) is unusable
I just updated to the new version and it is unusable. It no longer rotates to horizontal on my ipad (which I use a lot when away from home) and there’s weirdness in the buttons - pressing spot does nothing and pressing futures goes to spot trading. I can’t find a way to get to futures trading to check on my orders which are underway. Beware, don’t update!
