App fails to transfer intermittently
Unfortunately, I have had bad luck consistently transferring through this app. For my first few transfers, it took several days to deposit it. And after that the app is just giving me payment failures even if there is more than sufficient balance or different payment modes are used. Support has not been that great. I tried several times. Didn’t bother reaching out to support again as I haven’t received responses in the past.

I honestly don’t understand how this app gets so many 4+ star ratings. I’ve used Taptap Send many times, sometimes making several transfers in a single month, and I’ve never had an issue. They never asked me for extra documents or held my money, and their customer service has always been excellent—whenever I called or chatted with them, they resolved my issue quickly. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been completely different. After making a transfer, the app held my money and asked for additional proof, despite my account already being fully verified when I signed up. If everything has already been verified, I don’t understand why the money is being held after the transfer has been made. We send money for important reasons, and unexpectedly holding it while saying it’s under a “compliance check” is extremely frustrating. I don’t accept this experience or the lack of transparency. Once my current transfer is completed, I’ll be deleting the app and will not be recommending it to anyone.

I have heard great things about Aspora’s exchange rates and low fees. However, I am disappointed that I cannot send money from Kuwait yet. Please consider adding Kuwait to your supported countries so we can also benefit from your transparent transfer services.

Very very quick and easy to use for anyone
Terrible Experience
I made two money transfers in the same day and both turned into a frustrating experience. The first transaction still hasn’t been credited even after almost 20 hours. The second transaction was cancelled after waiting for around 9 hours. For a money transfer service this kind of delay and uncertainty is extremely disappointing. Such a bad experience.
Easy & fast for small amounts using Apple Pay
The app has a clean interface although the from account and to account can stand out a bit more from UX perspective. The transfer is near instant if you’re using Apple Pay and rate is pretty good. I ran into payment failures for larger ie greater than $10K amounts and support was not very helpful in diagnosing the issue. I think it was mostly due to bank imposed restrictions not directly related to Aspora but they should give clearer guidance around this
Major feature missing
1) the app does not have a direct payment facility from the app itself like wise. This is a major feature missing. You need to go out of the app to send them money. Detailed Tracking is therefore not possible. No estimate by when the money will arrive with the receipt. 2) the customer support is the worst for now. Lots of room to improve. 3) company needs to take steps to build trust among the customers the only thing that will help them increase active customer base and revenue. Rates are best. Fees is lowest. Unfortunately cheap things come at a cost. I hope the company reads this and does take some steps. For now I will stay away from the app until they do something to improve these things. I would rather go with wise than Vance for now.

Great app to transfer funds, where you get transfer rate as per google rate and within an hour you receive the funds in your home country( *as per my experience). During initial time they had multiple offers, but now there is no offers, transfer are now chargeable. The app is easy to use and handle. I would appreciate if they remove the charges associated with the transfer.

Very poor service
I made a transfer through Aspora yesterday, but the transfer failed. I immediately contacted customer support and requested a call because I needed urgent clarification about my money. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told to wait another 2–3 hours just to arrange a call. Even after waiting, I did not receive the call, and their responses were extremely slow. When money is involved, customers should not have to keep chasing support for basic information about their own transaction. I expected much better communication and customer service. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend improving the customer support response time and actually following up with customers when a call is promised

Sending money to India is super quick, easy, good rates and secure. Mostly the money is sent in seconds. Sometimes it takes few hours. Would be nice if we know before how long it will take to send the money.

Horrible process and speed. I regularly use WISE and get my money in India in seconds. I wanted to try it once, and got my money stuck for hours. My account was verified, asked me for documentation. I uploaded a generated STATEMENT ENERGY BILLS and all. A system generated document was rejected for having low quality or low light while taking a picture. I uploaded it straight not a picture. Horrible experience. Never again

Aspora app has been good and faster for money transfer. I’ve been using wise since last 7 years but now i use Aspora as i was always thinking there won’t be better app like wise but i was wrong. Cheers to Aspora.
Transfer rate good but worst delivery
Worst speed of delivery though promises 10 mins. Take 60 mins but don’t take 24 hrs. Trust is the importance in a financial business and tou lost mine. 3 times in a row! Worst experience. Remitly was showing 300 less so selected Aspora but you again showed you colour! Worst!
