This is an excellent app where we can see benefits while comparing other apps as in terms of performance, response time, customer support and better rate amongst other apps serving. I would like to give 5 out 5. Great going and keep up.
Zero customer service
Very disappointing experience. The money transfer process was extremely slow, and the customer service was practically nonexistent. I had to wait far too long for my transfer to be processed, with little to no helpful communication or support. When dealing with money transfers, I expect a fast process and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Good rates
I checked the exchange rates and they were better than the Google rate at the time. The app is also simple and easy to use.
Choose better
Works,better exchange rate than many but cant trust on time frame. They will take anything between 48 hours to even 4 days in some cases. Keep texting them on WhatsApp. The new direct bank transfer method does not work.

The app is great, but the app doesn’t support NRI or NRO account transaction which is quite disappointing.

Worst customer service experience
I sent an interac with my personal banking account where i preferred a different name. Who ever is sitting in that customer service chair please have basic common sense of speaking to your customers. Very rude experience. Sending messages like who, why, what. If you have any issues with the name. Just cancel and revert back the amount. So that we will use proper account as per your guidelines. But instead starting asking questions like a stupid.

Don’t complete my transaction
If you are ready to wait 2-3 weeks then use it or in some cases even more time than this. I sent 2 weeks ago from Germany to India but still it’s showing it is pending. When you try to contact via WhatsApp, you will get same reply every time. There is nobody. You got auto message from bot. It’s better to avoid this kind of poor service.

My recent money transactions has been taking a long time to process, and I have not received timely support or proper updates regarding the status of the transaction. Additionally, I have noticed that the exchange rates offered recently are significantly lower than the current market rates, which is very disappointing and affects users who rely on your platform for competitive pricing .😒

I have made transactions to my parents and its been month and 7 days it still pending i would give minus star or request everyone to delete app as it tge worst experience i had with anybody no customer service just automated messages from customer service bots everyday same reply and at weekends they say will be done on opening days again and again so Its better to pay 2 dollar srvice fee at better platforms that these kind of at least you have proper timings and money is secured delete paypenny before you suffer from all these

Unprofessional service
If possible I will give zero star to this application. Extremely disappointing experience with PayPenny. I made a transfer on May 6, 2026, to my Indian bank account, and the funds are still not deposited. Customer support has been slow and unhelpful, with no clear answers or proper timeline provided. A money transfer service should understand how important timely transactions are, especially when customers rely on them urgently. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and completely destroyed my trust in their service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using PayPenny for international transfers. Very unprofessional handling and poor communication throughout the process.

Most of the filthy/ ridiculous app i ever have used. Their service is too slow. They don’t understand the situation of other people. Their app has some internal issues going on for so long. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone never ever.

I recommend everyone to use Paypenny app as this provides the best transfer rate when compared to any other app when you are not in a hurry. Even sometime it take a bit delay during initial days but if you become regular customer the money gets transferred soon. Best value for you money

It’s been more than 10 days and the money has not been transferred. Every time I reach support they say they are prioritizing the transaction and am still waiting for it to be deposited. I would have given 0 if possible

Slower than a turtle
It’s now been 11 days and my transaction is STILL stuck in “pending” status. This is completely unacceptable for a financial service. I trusted this app to send money to India, and instead it’s caused nothing but stress and frustration. There’s been no clear communication, no proper update, and no urgency from their side to resolve the issue. Holding someone’s money for this long without transparency is just wrong. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and would strongly warn others to think twice before using this app for important transfers.
