high AMC CHARGES
IM TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST 3 weeks eventhough im not using the app for the last 2 yrs they charged me and again i requested to revove they didn’t agreed so inpaid but still it is showing some more amount to pay
Some times hang
The app was working fine before the update and there were no issues, but it hangs occasionally after the update. I have some screenshots, but I cannot attach them here. The actual price is different from the price shown on the chart.
App has some issues
After opening the app the Wi-Fi gets disconnected and reconnects,but the pnl page and other pages are not loading well.I don’t know what the app is doing to the hotspot, when the app is opened the hotspot gets some issues, all the other devices gets stuck or no internet, then need to restart the hotspot,I have checked ,this issue is only because of opening Upstox app, please fix this as soon as possible

Fraud App AMC very high Poor Service
I was looted in upstox like hell. In starting i bought a stock and forgot they deducted AMC every year and now my stock is in loss and they are also charging AMC. Never ever use this app

Can’t see the chart properly
From past few days I can see charts of options only on half of my screen And today I bought an option which was triggered after 20 seconds and I think 20 seconds is a lot of time in option . It changes everything. I hope you can fix it and this review is not allowing me to share pictures otherwise I would have shared a screenshot of how my chart looks .

Unable to add funds through UPI
The app UI looks good but there is problem with sending money using UPI. It misses the basic functionality of depositing money using UPI and it is asking for VPA. Even when I entered VPA it says user is inactive

Complaint Regarding Slow App Performance, Real-Time Data Delay and High Charges
I am an active Upstox customer and would like to register a formal complaint regarding the poor performance of the Upstox trading platform. The issues I am facing are: 1. The Upstox app loads very slowly, especially during market hours. 2. Real-time market data is not updating properly. Data freezes frequently and updates only after several seconds or sometimes minutes. 3. Charts and watchlists stop syncing regularly, making trading decisions difficult. 4. Order execution and price updates appear delayed compared to other broker platforms. 5. The platform performance becomes unreliable during volatile market conditions. 6. I also find the charges and fees comparatively high considering the quality of service being provided. Due to these technical issues, I am unable to monitor the market accurately and there is a risk of financial loss. A trading platform must provide stable and real-time data without interruption.

Poor user interface do iOS
The user interface of me upstox is very poor. The older one is optimized better. If only I could attach a file I could show it to you all. Very poor job done by Upstox for it's subscribers in iOS.

Worst updates
When I have already created a watchlist and I want to add particular stocks, F&O or etfs it’ is showing and I need to follow and the whole list is added. It’s a time waste in searching and placing orders Earlier it was easy to search the required thing and add to list but now it’s too complicated Non sense things

The best platform
Most comfortable and user friendly trading/investing app. I have no words to express my gratitude towards Upstox. They are simply the best in what they are doing for their customers. Greatly thankful to the entire Upstox team .Love you guys . My trading journey has become much more easier since Upstox came in my life .The best gift I received from India after coming back from Germany.

Bug
When i place limit order in this app its successfully placed but can not see the order in positions its executed or open. Its very risky in option trading going to switch the broker because developers not responding of our feedbacks like last time i told you jUst add theme features but not added yet. I am not satisfied old upstox app gets crash all the time and new is not working properly we can not sit between these two problems…. Totaly disappointed 😡
