TOTAL FRAUD and PATTHETIC SERVICE – AVOID UNIVEST! Rating: 0/5 Stars
This app is an absolute nightmare when you try to close your demat account. They intentionally create technical errors in the app so you cannot complete the closure online.Their customer support is a complete scam. When you raise a callback request, they give a fake missed call for a split second so they can claim they tried to contact you, leaving you with absolutely no way to call them back. I had to raise back-to-back tickets and fight with them for 2 months just to get a simple account closed.To make matters worse, after delaying the process for 2 months due to their system glitches, they had the audacity to charge me AMC (Account Maintenance Charges) for those 2 months! They block your closure, stretch the timeline on purpose, and then steal money from you in the name of maintenance fees. Highly unprofessional and unethical practices.

Buy/ sell signals from SEBI regd RA gives you an edge in ur trading and help to boost ur confidence.. more over they provide quick updates in volatility.. but they should concentrate more on quality and accuracy of trades .. rather than quantity of trade signals

The different sections are placed logically which makes the app easier to explore i particularly like not having to dig to several menus

They are Miss-leading to each and everyone they don’t have any knowledge about market they are giving calls when already calls goes up side please check everyone on their app and match the given price on chart as well as there are Gawar type of employees they don’t have manners how to talk with clients .
