लास्ट वाला अपडेट करने ke बाद धन ऐप मैं poori screen white हो जाती है chart वग़ैरह कुछ भी show नहीं हो रहा है app को वापस बार बार पूरा cut करके वापस रिफ्रेश करना पड़ता है तब जाके hota है इसमें trading बहुत ज़्यादा problem आ रही है कृपया ध्यान दें। जब से फुल स्क्रीन का ऑप्शन आया है। मेरे पास लेटेस्ट आईफ़ोन है और फुल स्पेस भी।

Critical Issues in Sell Order Functionality
One of the most frustrating trading app experiences I’ve had. When I click “Sell” from “Holdings,” the quantity should automatically be picked up from my actual holding quantity. Instead, it defaults to 1, forcing users to manually change it every time. This is a basic and potentially costly design flaw. Also, by default, the order type is set to “Market.” When I click on the “Market” input field, it should allow me to edit/select the order type and, if I choose “Limit,” immediately enable the Limit Price field for entering my desired price. These are basic trading functionalities and common-sense UI requirements. Such a simple workflow should be seamless in any trading app. If even these fundamental features are not designed properly, it seriously makes me question the quality and usability of the app. Please fix these basic issues instead of making users struggle with something that should be straightforward.
Solve the bugs!
Half of the time page doesn’t open and freezes. Even if entering correct otp it says wrong otp in commodities page.
Account Closed Without Any Explanation
Very disappointing experience. My Dhan account is suddenly showing “Account Closed” and I’m unable to log in. I also have 30k funds in the account, but there is no clear explanation about why the account was closed or how I can access/withdraw my money. For a trading platform handling customers’ hard-earned money, this kind of communication is unacceptable. At least provide a clear reason and proper support when an account is closed. Please explain why my account was closed and confirm the status of my funds. I need a proper resolution, not just an automated response.

Broken app and no customer care
The app and website are down right now, with my live trades on MCX and no way to connect to anyone and fix this issue. Their 24x7 customer care is a sham, tried reaching out via app/website chat ( no response), phone ( no response ), email - no response & AI ( dumb with baseline CX tasks ). This sort of carelessness should be severely punished for a broker.

Make the app a bit visually appealing and the interface also looks cheap. As using a decade old app. Make some upgrade to the UI

Improvement needed
I have created one minor account with minor’s mobile and mail same as mine. The following issues found so far 1. When I login there is an option to chose the login but both photos are same even though two different pictures are defined 2. Every time login is changed biometric login is reset and have to set again. 3. I had a stock SIP registered in my name but when i get mail saying insufficient funds it is addressed to the minor name.

Needs some optimisations.
Overall app is great but needs some optimisation as look and feel is jittery and not smooth on iPhone when compared to other apps. Also it will be great if this app becomes available for iPads suitable for it’s layout.

1) Dhan App Traders Diary Show's False P&L Data Please Fix This App Glitch; 2) For Gift City Investment We need to pay 10% Extra Charges while Fund Transfer Using Kotak Bank that annoying, but IND Money Broker Provides Free Fund Transfer Option for Gift City; 3) App Stuck many times while login Morning (9:15-10 AM) & Glitch on Dhan App+Website Login & Chart Loading time & Chart Auto freeze, App Crash etc; 4) Placing SL, Busket, CO, iceberg Order is little bit harder on Dhan App & Dhan Website.

A REQUEST
Dear Dhan Team, I would like to appreciate the excellent work you’ve done with the Dhan DEX D3 platform. As an active F&O trader, I find it to be one of the best trading platforms available in India. The interface is clean, fast, and designed with traders in mind. I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the platform even better. 1. Display P&L amount on Chart-based Target & Stop Loss When placing a target and stop loss directly on the chart, the platform currently displays only the quantity. It would be extremely helpful if it also displayed the estimated profit or loss in monetary terms (₹), based on the target and stop-loss levels. Seeing the actual amount at risk and the potential reward directly on the chart would improve decision-making and make trade management much more intuitive. 2. Reset Entry Price and P&L on Re-entry This is the feature I would request the most. Suppose I enter a contract at ₹200 and exit at ₹300. Later, I re-enter the same contract at ₹260. Instead of showing my fresh entry at ₹260, the chart continues to display an averaged or previous entry reference. This makes it difficult to judge the current trade accurately. A bigger concern is the P&L display. For example, if I take a ₹10,000 loss on a contract, exit the position, and later find a fresh setup to re-enter the same contract, the platform still shows the previous ₹10,000 loss. Psychologically, this is distracting and can negatively influence trading decisions. Every new position should be treated as a completely fresh trade. Once a position is closed, the next entry in the same contract should display: * The new entry price only. * Profit/Loss calculated only from the current open position. * No carry-forward of the previous trade’s realized P&L on the active position display. Traders can always view their overall realized P&L in the Positions, Orders, or Trade Book sections. However, the chart should reflect only the currently active trade, allowing traders to make unbiased decisions based on the present setup rather than previous outcomes. I believe these enhancements would significantly improve the trading experience, especially for active intraday F&O traders. Thank you for building such a powerful platform and for continuously improving it. I hope you will consider these suggestions in a future update. Kind regards, Areeb Khan

There is no other app like Dhan. The features are the most amazing but I have one issue the app and the web loads very slowly please fix it.
Withdrawal and Money Show
It has too much bugs in balance showing ,, and it’s withdrawal process is not smooth as Zerodha or Groww, they not even properly update the withdrawal money system not even giving withdrawal, I withdrawal my money after settlement day of 31132 Rupees . They Only Gives 71. Rupees and a Balance Shown zero in my demat account when im asked for help they said you have to place a fresh withdrawal request next day and your balance shown after end of the day this is too much frustrating
Not iPad compatible
Every thing is perfect with the app. I enjoyed it in my mobile but when I use it in the iPad I do not feel comfortable. It does not fit properly as per the iPad screen. Please look into this so that we can trade from the iPad as well. Otherwise every thing is fine. Just not giving you one star because it is not compatible for every device. I am also using Fyers and Zerodha and both are compatible with iPad.
Overheats My iPhone 15 Pro
The Dhan app has a great interface and useful features, but it makes my iPhone 15 Pro uncomfortably hot, even during short usage. This affects performance and battery life. Needs urgent optimization!
