Using this app since 3-4 years now, still minor bugs and zero customer support I have paid for lifetime services but i am annoyed by this app switching to other and far better alternative.

Improvement required
Interface could be more clean , only required options should be visible, rest should be under drop down menu. Fonts should be large. PL reports should be simple and day wise , date should be mentioned. Dhan, Zerodha having clean UI , can analyse those to make it more better. Regular updates with improved look should be given. Hope Team will listen.

Think Twice Before Choosing This Broker Just for Low Brokerage
If you are considering this broker because of its low brokerage, think twice. My experience has raised some serious concerns: 1. The app can hang when the market actually moves. This is the biggest issue for a trader. When there is a sharp market move, the app may become slow or unresponsive. You may not be able to capture the move or even square off your position on time. In trading, a few seconds can turn a manageable loss into a much bigger one. 2. “Zero brokerage” doesn’t seem to be zero anymore. The broker attracted customers with the promise of zero brokerage, but now it has started charging ₹5. The concern is: what’s next, and how much will these charges increase over time? 3. The worst part: quarterly maintenance charges and delayed-payment charges. A ₹260 maintenance charge is charged every 3 months. If you don't keep sufficient funds in your account and don't trade for a few months, the charges can keep accumulating. On top of the ₹260 maintenance charge, delayed-payment charges can also be applied, and these may continue to accumulate daily, potentially creating a compounding burden. So, don’t choose a broker just because the brokerage looks cheaper. A few rupees saved in brokerage are not worth it if the app fails during a critical market move or if unexpected charges keep accumulating. Personally, I would rather pay reasonable brokerage to a reliable broker with a top-class, stable app than take the risk of losing money because the trading platform doesn't function when I need it most.

Over All good but small problem.
For investors very good , AMC and brokerage also excellent, but where intraday traders dashboard very complicated, free API is not working properly with live trades gathering options data, and also Put Stop Loss also understand for beginner very difficult on web pc app, not simply write SL , I have to go 2-3 option for check , it comes under ‘cover’ click after go Sell option. Please check other competitors app and brainstorm and try to make as possible as easy.

Chart not working
In application people follow chart but in this apps chart not update when to click on nifty and any script chart . Poor feature as compare to name and brand .
More changes
You have to make more changes to your web and app as well, get dark theme, additional bank accounts functionality, the spp sometimes slowdown please rectify it and make it even smoother and simplistic. Not to mention but none can beat Zerodha but somewhere at the cornor I feel your interface can beat them make it even smoother and clear experience at back office as well.

Position execution and Chart issue
Very poor trading experience. Order execution is slow, especially during market volatility. By the time my order gets executed, the price has already changed significantly. The charts also freeze frequently and don’t update in real time. Not reliable for active traders.

Not user friendly, sell f&o trade got continues rejected not given proper notable reason on rejection message, market got closed with my high loss. Better go with good technical apps

Trash applications category
This is, without a doubt, the worst trading platform I have ever used. Everything about this app feels unfinished and unreliable. The performance is terrible, the user experience is frustrating, and the app responds like it’s stuck in the past. What’s even more disappointing is the support and the lack of accountability. Issues are either ignored or take far too long to resolve. It honestly feels like customer feedback means nothing. For a platform that’s supposed to handle people’s investments, this level of quality is unacceptable. The developers seriously need to test their own app before releasing updates. Right now, it feels more like a beta project than a professional trading platform. I would not recommend Mstock to anyone until they completely overhaul the app and start taking customer concerns seriously. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This version is forceful and impactful while staying within the bounds of a review that focuses on your experience rather than making unsupported factual accusations.

Charts does not open during market hours
Charts opening issue comes every day. During market hours charts does not open ios mobile. Don't know what happens to the app. It does not allow chart to open and gives and error. Hence not able to see charts to take a trade or during running trades nothing. Should improve this services.

They charge you less and there software hangs a lot. You lose your confidence and money both in same trade because of there poor and slow interface and it hangs a lot of times! I have paid ₹2400 for lifetime free membership but I have lost more money because of there poor interface
