Fake promises
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Instead of refunding the price difference and allowing me to choose another service provider, I was promised a courtesy voucher to compensate for the amount I overpaid. The sales agent assured me that the difference would be reimbursed through an Amazon voucher that I could redeem later. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be misleading and was never fulfilled. Be extremely careful when dealing with this company and do not rely on verbal assurances or promises of compensation unless everything is clearly documented and honored. My experience suggests that these promises may simply be a tactic to prevent customers from requesting refunds or moving to another provider.

Very bad ext
I do not understand the reason for this unacceptable delay in issuing my claim number. Since Sunday, I have not received any response from either your team or the insurance company, despite following up several times. The complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing and does not reflect a professional level of customer service. It is clear that when payment is required from the customer, the process is handled immediately. However, when it comes to providing the service that the customer has already paid for, there appears to be no urgency, no communication, and no concern. I expect my claim number to be issued without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate channels and share my experience publicly

I saw a lot negative reviews about application and process I was hesitant in the beginning to proceeded with them, but later still risk and paid the requested amount for my motor insurance everything went well and quick. User this service in DUBAI UAE. The rates were cheaper than others

I have been contacted many-times very loyal customer hence for refunding process its really very verse been contaced on whats several times then unfortunately that channel closes then contacted by phone taking too long on hold even on hold i am writing these comments worse experience as Its easy to get policy refund must b in same way

I’ve had the worst service experience ever. When taking the policy, the team was very polite and responsive. However, once I requested cancellation, I’ve been constantly kept on hold with repeated promises and no action. It has now been over a month, and I’m still being told that the cancellation is “under process” and that I will be updated — yet nothing has changed.

He knows all your Detail people forward from Uae and All golf countries Indian people work here we supply them basic information from stores mall or companies everybody’s data information completely sent through India and re-operation from India most 95% is a scam taking peoples money and creating duplicate. Documentation is proven many time. please be careful anybody doing business with this people.
